Summer Moon Coffee

This Summer Moon finally opened! The coffee is alright. I forgot how if you like black coffee, Summer Moon is not for you. Moon milk is it's thing, and it's just sweet coffee. Just a personal preference. Convenient location off Northwest Highway.

i am so glad to finally have a cute local coffee shop near me! im a bit over starbucks because it is so expensive and mediocre, so i was excited to try this place. it had the "coffee shop vibe" with a good atmosphere and people sitting at tables doing work. the coffee was very tasty (even the decaf!) and the staff was nice. prices were good too. i will definitely be returning. i can't wait to show this place to my mom!

Wonderful coffee shop, full of personality and lots of light. They have a variety of coffees, but specialize in sweeter drinks with their “moon milk”.

Great coffee! Friendly staff! They have good panini sandwiches with turkey! Also, they have different pastries! My latte was very good! Clean place with great atmosphere inside!

Absolutely LOVE this location!!! Coffee is delicious and made to perfection. If you've never had summer moon coffee before, I promise you, you will fall in love! Their moon milk is a gift from the milk gods. I brought my coworker a cup this morning with the promise of a life changed forever... She didn't believe me at first but after her first sip, I could see it in her eyes. She is a summer moon fiend now!! So happy to have a location so close to our work.

I absolutely love summer moon coffee and I always come to this location. Unfortunately tho I’ve started to notice that the exact same drink that I always order is now becoming inconsistent depending on who makes it. I thought their recipes were supposed to be consistent to the drink being ordered? Mine taste different every time depending on who makes it. I’m wondering if some baristas are not being trained on drink recipes or what’s going on? I’d never want to be that hovering customer who watches and critiques how my drink is made, I just want to place the order and trust that they’ve got it from there. I used to always go to Herbs house coffee because it’s close to my house & the drinks are always consistent. Then I discovered Summer Moon and became a regular. It’s a little further out for me but I make the drive because it’s typically always worth it. There’s nothing more disappointing than an inconsistent coffee drink especially when all you want is your go to coffee drink. Consistency is probably the most important! I don’t mind spending 8-9 bucks on a drink as long as I can trust it’s made the same every single time regardless of whose on shift.

If you're looking for some good coffee, look no further! This place is amazing. It's hard to find something unique in the world of coffee these days. But, I think Summer Moon has that differentiating factor. Their moon milk is amazing! They have different levels of sweetness so you can pick what you like. Its definitely unique. I recommend trying this. It's basically a creamer for your coffee. Great place to lounge and chat too. Oh, you can also just buy their moon milk which is pretty cool!

Buyer beware: inconsistent service: I visited this location twice. My first visit was great. The second time I visited I ordered online. My order message stated it would be ready at 7:56. I showed up promptly on time and no order. No problem
I listened to my audio book. I saw customers come and get their drinks before mine. After 25 minutes pass the time, I reminded the associate, and she said oh we have it. After thirty minutes, I still had no drink. I told them after reminding them about my one for drink, I still didn’t have it. I canceled my order and told them I hope they don’t treat anyone else like I was treated. They had four people working the counter at the time I was there. Even though their coffee is good, I won’t be returning.

I asked if they could make me a Nitro Shake. They said that sounded interesting & made one. The consistency is a little thinner than your usual milkshake. But, delicious! My new creation. Try it!

Good coffee if you like it sweet. I'd try their mocho or summer moon latte if so, and ask for their less sweet versions if not.
