This is a real coffee shop, not your typical snobby chain. Such electric style. During the day you can find delicious cinnamon rolls and muffins to accompany your coffee. While at night you can relax with a beer listening to live music. Lots of indoor seating with a couple of tables outside. If you live in south side on lamar you can even get delivery!

The employees are always really nice. I have never had anything I didn't like from there. They make my coffees with milk alternative. I highly recommend the avocado toast. (Not just for millennials, old people enjoy it too.) The atmosphere is pleasant. I know they have live music, burning there usually during noon/afternoon times.

Amazing atmosphere and decor! Great place to get good coffee and snacks. Definitely recommend the bacon quiche. There's also a really cool "maze" area that you can explore... basically you'll see an awesome art gallery, toy shops and music spots. Plus it's pet friendly!

Great specialty coffee shop located right in Uptown. Crooked Tree is an old house converted into a business so it has that nice charm to it, with an open space for seating up front and a smaller space in the back that seems like it might have once been a dining room or something. The place is definitely cozy, good for studying or meeting with a friend. They use quality beans and make solid drinks. Not much else I could ask for.

The place is super cute and the music is great but it took over 35 minutes to get 4 drinks and 4 breakfast croissants and there was only 1 person in front of us. The croissants were burnt and flavorless.

Iced or hot espresso drinks are amazing! One of our favorite places to go when visiting dallas. Tasty local snacks and treats as well as delicious bacon quiche! Love love love the chalkboard tables and live music nights. It's easy to inspire one's creative spirit here. Good workers and good crowd.

As I travel, I try to go to different coffee shops because it’s my favorite thing . This was my first time here and it was a cute little shop with a great atmosphere . It was hard to find parking and had to end up walking a little bit which was fine. The coffee was good and the selection of drinks, food, and little gifts such as socks and shirts was cool. My only complaint is that for a small ish drink with soy milk and an extra shot was almost $8 which is the most I’ve ever paid even compared to starbucks which is overpriced .

My favorite coffee shop in Dallas. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and awesome. The breakfast tacos are great. Tuesdays they feature Hypnotic Donuts. The coffee is fantastic - especially the Ethiopian. This is a perfect place for hanging out with some friends OR getting some work done. Plus they have live music pretty much every night. You need to be here.

Most friendly and welcoming staff in Dallas. Easily my favorite shop to hang out at for hours to study and stay for live music. Amazing talent walks through the doors every day, especially Tuesday open mic nights. Great variety of local roasted coffees and pastries as well!
