This is a cute lil coffee shop with an incredible vibe. I went there with a friend to play a card game. Got an iced caramel latte. Staff were exceedingly friendly. It has the energy of a safe haven and it’s truly lovely.

I almost don't want to review this place because I don't want it to get busier!! I looooveee the atmosphere here. Perfect to get work done, read a book or chat with friends. The food is awesome and the coffee is unbeatable. One of my favorite places in Dallas.

The first time I stumbled into Murray Street Coffee for a quick caffeine buzz, I had no idea I would be making this 20 minute trip on a regular basis. this nondescript corner of Deep Ellum almost seems forgotten along with the empty lot across the street, but inside you'll find a relaxing atmosphere with dynamic art decorating the walls. Every time I've been here the baristas spoke with friendly tones, and despite being busy did not rush me. I enjoy sitting outside sipping on a hot cappuccino or snacking on their variations of quiches. I'm personally not a fan of sweets but their pastries are flaky and appetizing. The place is clean inside and out, and if you made a purchase you can use their equally clean restroom. I recommend this coffee shop to everyone in the area.

Nice music and cool eclectic atmosphere. Although, eclectic shouldn't also mean "dirty". It wasnt really dirty per say, but you can just tell it's a bit dusty with the random books and knickknacks here and there. Just looked messy. Wifi was FANTASTIC! I was actually able to get work done without it disconnecting unlike many places I've been to. The music they play out loud is chill and relaxing, no weird stuff people will dislike.

Great coffee, great service and cool set up/vibe! Nice area to sit outside and walking distance from Baylor Medical Dart Station! ALSO, I had the oatmeal for a quick breakfast and it was delicious-topped with bananas, blueberries, raspberries, and black berries! I will be back!

Had to find a place in Deep Ellum for a quick meeting. Found this place online and when I walked in, I thought it was perfect. I was going to stay, have some lunch and coffee after my meeting, but we were running behind and the meeting began immediately. My bosses and I were in deep discussion about our business when the "owner" aka cranky old lady came over and asked why we weren't ordering anything and that it "wasn't fair" to have a free meetig there and had a real attitude about it. I was so embarrassed in front of my bosses. What could have been a really cool place to come do some work and have lunch at least once a week is now a no go. You don't harrass your customers. Ever.

The service and ambiance were excellent. I had the turkey sandwich with a cup of soup. Both were MUCH better than the food I've had at any other coffee shops. I highly recommend it and hope I'm able to return.

Really.enjoyed the coffee and the prosciutto and ciabatta sandwich was amazing.

Big drawback was there seemed to be a pretty big gnat problem upstairs -they were prolific and everywhere! Didn't notice the problem downstairs.

Would definitely return if the gnats were taken care of.

Such a cute local spot with good coffee but the wifi is TERRIBLE. Do not come here to work (at least upstairs, not sure about downstairs).

I was at this coffee house today when I saw this David McDonald accuse the owner of bad customer service. How you gonna complain about customer service when you ain’t even a customer? This guy walks in all sneaky like and stays for a hour after 2 attempts by the owners asking if he would buy something. He just mad cause he got caught for once.

I don’t know why he pulled out the race card when he should have just pulled out his credit card. The owners here are a staple of the community. He said he was reading the Bible. Maybe he should read the part when Jesus told the people to pay their bills. Ain’t nothing in life free.
