Great service. I expected a better coffee taste. The barrister prepared the coffee with h such precision you’d believe she was a drummer in a band. I was mesmerized by her skills. The wait time for the coffee was a little more than I expected. Of course, it was Sunday morning and a little crowded. I went on a long walk and needed a pick me up thereafter. I will give this coffee place another visit.

The aroma of fresh coffee beans fills the air as I enter this small but cozy shop. The baristas are working hard behind their smoothies and lattes, preparing them for customers who will undoubtedly love what they make!

I had a wonderful Ethiopian pour over and a bacon cheddar scone. The coffee was very high quality. The flavor slapped me in the face at first. There’s not too much seating but if you get a seat it’s a great place to work.

Really great coffee. I got an Ethiopian that came served Ina small cup with a kalita carafe on the side.

The coffee itself was super bright in flavor without any over extraction or bad acidity present.

The ambience is the typical Deep Ellum new-agy, but it works for the place. The staff is super nice.

This place is great. Modern decor and layout. Comfortable seating. The drinks are freshly made and you can see the magic happen right before your eyes. Had the hot americano this time. Will have to try a cold beverage next time I’m in town for a Cowboy game.

Merit Coffee in Deep Ellum is a great place to grab a coffee, and walk up and down the streets of the neighborhood. Or, you can stay in, and people watch those passing by. They have both in and outdoor seating and offer many staple coffee options.

Rustic views from the outside welcoming coffee lovers to a pure and innocent felt by the greenery open space. The 16oz cold brew is what choose to get each time after that he kind barista explained the caffeine strength difference from the their two sizes. Being a pop tart lover my vulnerability to them made me fall victim to their pop tart looking pastry. Which was to die for may I ad. Being at the heart of Deep Ellum this Merit Coffee location is ideal for take out or dine in just know you’ll have get there early to secure a table.

Cool location. Awesome customer service. Free wifi. There’s indoor and outdoor seating. I’m not much of a coffee person so I tried the matcha! It was good but I feel like I tasted more milk than matcha if that makes sense?

I greatly enjoy their Cold Brew with a shot of espresso as well. WONDERFUL staff, EVERYONE working here has been kind and efficient. This location has become my absolute favorite. Thanks to Keanu for creating such delicious beverages 🥳
