Restaurant concept is that they bring in a new chef every month and with that a new menu. Not sure how next month's food will be but when I went portion sizes were extremely small so be prepared to order multiple dishes if you don't want to have to eat a second meal afterwards. Food was decent but for the price range I'd rather go to Uchi or Flora Street.

Evergreen fine-dining in Deep Ellum. Celery Root and Leek amuse bouche. Panko-Crusted Halibut. Champagne cocktail with rosemary grapefruit sorbet. Lovely wine selection. Intimate, timeless room. Truly love this place.

Overall the food was a one star. It was very salty and the pear martini was hot. Not worth the price. Waiters really forget about you and take forever to bring the food.

$30 for a piece of over cooked salmon half the size of my hand on top of a little scoop of potatoes was ridicules! I wasn't even close to being full. It has a lot of good reviews but I'm wondering what they ate...not the salmon. Plus, the wait staff was so snobby. Skip this place.

Nicest place to eat in Deep Ellum. When we’re feeling like having a special night, this is the place to go in Deep Ellum for ambiance and amazing food. When we’re feeling more casual, we hang out at the bar at Local and hang with the bartender (who is excellent) and have burgers and beer and a great time. If you haven’t been here, it’s a must-do for everyone who lives in Dallas.
