Cafe Brazil

Food was good, service could’ve been better. Tables and chairs seemed a bit outdated and uncomfortable. Didn’t really like the self serve coffee option personally.

Great food, lousy service. We waited for over 45 minutes for our food and it came out in sections. Whatever happened to bringing out the food all at once for a group of people? Also who gives out mustard packages as condiments? Is this the school cafeteria or a well established restaurant? Save your funds go somewhere. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the food.

I hate to say this but Cafe Brazil did not give what it was suppose to gave. I am being generous with the 2 stars.

I went on a Sunday afternoon for brunch. The place was not that packed so I'm not sure why the service was so slow. However, the waitress did her best and checked in when she could. I'm guessing they are in of need more staff.

The food was okay but not good enough for me to visit a second time. I ordered a simple plate (pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, and rosemary potatoes). I would say my favorite item was the rosemary potatoes.

Used to go here all the time years ago and it was pretty good, not anymore though, the food sucks and decor very outdated, my grilled cheese had shredded cheese in it and wasn’t even melted or grilled.

I got the french toast, it was really good!! Order total was ~$10 including drink, very much worth it. My waitress was Sam, she was very nice and made the ordering process very easy and I got my food quickly.

This a good coffee shop/ restaurant. They have a coffee bar with 5 different coffees with unlimited refills everyday. The food tasted good and looked homemade. The portions were big. The service was good.

What exactly makes this place Brazilian? There's things like quesadillas, chorizo, and migas. All Tex-Mex. Haven't found a single item. No feijoada, no couve mineira, galinhada....The name needs to be changed.

I love the power breakfast 😋 I really recommend this place.

I called and spoke with Jamie( manager) about previous experiences I’ve had when I place an order through Door Dash( I work from home) and the attitude he had as if he could care less!!! I ordered the El Gordo Crepes and I asked for extra cream sauce and salsa. When I received my food of course none of the extras were sent and my food was awful!! Barely any cream sauce and just “ thrown “ together. I made a complaint with Door Dash. So, today, I’ve placed the same order because I love the dish. When I dine in, my food is perfect! But when you have it delivered, not so good! And again, I spoke with Jamie to address the issue and he debated with me instead of being understanding!! Hopefully upper management will see my review and make some changes!!!

So, my wife and I went yesterday. Perhaps 4 patrons. Socially distanced seating. Clean enough booth. Server came and asked for our drink order... no smile or expressed appreciation for coming in to dine. I requested sweet tea. Server responded with we don't have sweet tea but he would provide sugar. Wife ordered pecan coffee with sugar and cream. Drinks came with 5 sugars total. No worries. Ordering was choppy. I asked a recommendation or 2 with little help. Black bean soup,, Super salad, BBQ salmon, French toast, and a classic breakfast. We never received the salmon. Server was also not very attentive. 30 minutes in we asked about the salmon. He walked off and went to the kiosk... to put the salmon order in. Didn't ask if we still wanted it. We were actually ready to go. I did want to taste the salmon, though. He stayed gone a little too long. We ended up getting togo boxes from another server. Pd for our order, tipped both servers and left. I'm kinda disappointed.

Food was served well, but with no condiments. No even the question. Either way, I'd only go again if someone I'm with REALLY wants to.
