Bite Bistro

I've been in here twice, every time it's delicious. I got the Croissant Sandwich the first time and I just got the Jersey Boy...this sandwich, is amazing!

Wonderful little spot for a quick, yet healthy lunch. The cobb salad was delicious, as was the turkey burger. We’ll be back!

This place shows a lot of promise. The inside is super cute, spacious, and comfortable. I could definitely see myself camping out with my laptop and a few visits to their coffee bar. However my visit was for a quick to go lunch, and I was quite let down once I got my sandwich back to the office.

I was excited to several veggie friendly options on the menu. I decided on the capri sandwich (mozz, toms, basil, pesto mayo and balsamic glaze on "artisan sourdough bread"). At 7.95 without any sides included, I was expecting something substantial. That is not what I got. There was no pesto mayo to be found. The bread couldn't have been sliced any thinner. The mozz was only on basically half of the sandwich. Where everything was fresh enough and tasted fine, the value for the money was nil. Honestly this sandwich was so flimsy I'd still question the value at $5.95. I'm now frantically searching my desk drawers for snacks 😕.

I'll probably give them one more shot for lunch since they are very new and figuring things out. I think I may give it a month or so, though.

We ordered coffees, breakfast tacos and sandwiches and then sat ourselves.
The Bistro has lots of comfy seating and good coffee. While we had to request the eggs in tacos be cooked more, the staff quickly fixed them and also brought us more coffee.
The service is excellent!
The breakfast sandwiches were very good as well. Will be back to try more of the menu.

Wow! Finally a non-StarBucks, local place I can count on for good coffee near Love Field! Bring-it-on flight delays :))
From the fresh food (had the taco salad), to the smiling helpful faces, I was impressed! Safe, away from the main roads, but close enough I can complete the drive to LUV quickly. (I was kidding about the flight delays) Enjoy!

This place is a freaking GEM among a bunch of fast food and taco places in the area. I was so glad to find it! Firstly, it has the relaxed vibe of a cute coffee shop but it has real food options. (And it's tasty!) Second, the staff is super nice; will chat, but aren't annoying and very welcoming. :)

Neat little place tucked away off the highway, it was close to our hotel. Food was fantastic and atmosphere was very cool.
