Very cute place! Loved the decor and the menu. I want to come back and try everything on their dessert menu. The Nutella crepe cake was amazing. They also have a cool coffee/tea menu as well.

Food? AMAZING. Coffee? SO GOOD. Aesthetic? ADORABLE. The Eggs Benedict was hands down the best I have ever eaten. The mini eclair was perfection. Y’all just need to stop by and discover for yourselves!! I promise you will not be disappointed!

This place is another one of Corpus Christi's hidden gems! Their baked goods are absolutely delicious. My partner loves their pistachio macaroons, and I usually get a croissant. The staff are friendly and fast, and they just moved to a new location that has plenty of indoor seating and unique pink decor.
The prices here are higher than other bakeries, but if you're looking for quality then this is the place to go.

A real jewel in the area! The service is excellent, the food and drinks are great too. They don’t have many gluten-free options but plenty vegan dishes. The desserts looked AMAZING and my niece verified 10/10 delicious. Only advice to the owners would be to continue working on the restroom and gluten free options and y’all would truly pop. 🩵

Ugh, I WISH I could give this place more than 5 stars. I just moved back to Corpus from Houston, so I was extremely spoiled with several bakeries and tea salons in the area. When I moved back down, I immediately looked for a new place to get my fix, and was beyond excited to see Bien Merite had opened up in my absence. This charming little hole in a wall has quickly become my happy place. The vibes of the entire restaurant are so warm and inviting. The staff is just so incredibly friendly, they always take their time with each customer, answering questions, giving them their full attention, you can tell this business was crafted with love in every single corner. The all pink building, the white marble tables with gold accents, everything’s so beautiful, you can tell the owners put SO much thought and care into their business. And the food, the pastries, the drinks… everything seems so carefully prepared. The only con is the fact that service does take some time, but I absolutely don’t mind. It’s the price we pay for this level of love, thought, and care. This is not a place for a quick bite, it’s a cozy little experience. I’ll keep coming back every opportunity I get. Thank you, Bien Merite, for being my hideaway from life’s stresses.

Really nice cozy place with great customer service. The prices are a little pricey but its worth the experience. However, they should add wifi service and the shooting could be better. I didn't like the consistency, I like the McDonald's better. So, if they work in that it could be much better.

INCREDIBLE!!!
I've been to Paris and this place is still mind boggling impressively EPIC.
The croissants are to die for. I took it to go so can't say a lot about the service but they were quick and very nice at the front counter. The ambience is very cool and instagram'able for sure. Definitely will back to try and more version of the croissants and probably some coffee as well.
If your ever in the area do yourself and favor and pop into this spot. Trust me you won't be disappointed, out of a possible 5 I give this place 10 stars

The place is decorated beautifully. We had the breakfast bowl and beignets. Both were delicious. The beignets had cream inside. Absolutely on love with their bakery items. The decorations and the food would definitely lift your mood. The staff were very friendly too. Happy eating!

I really wanted to love this place! However, I love coffee with breakfast and pastries, so this was a definite miss. Not only is the coffee not self-service, the coffee isn't refilled. PLUS, the only cup of coffee we received was lukewarm. I really liked my fruit tart, but I ordered my egg over-hard and it was runny. If the coffee situation doesn't change, I won't be back for dine-in, but I might stop for a few pastries and take them home where I can have good, hot coffee with my pastries.

I’m all for supporting small businesses which is why i stopped in for breakfast. Food was good nothing to be super impressed about, but prices are outrageous. $28 for a Kolache, a croissant, and two lemonades. Also they handed me my drinks watched me spill one in my car (yes my fault for the most part) but didn’t offer a napkin or anything for a $7 drink.
