Did not bring out food as we asked,had to tell waiter 3 times to bring tortillas, finially got up and went and asked where is tortillas , and then he brought them by then my food was cold , and slow to respond

Made reservations in line for NYE . Called them day is and was told there are no reservations and were only opened for hotel guests. Left messages and never got a call back. Not great customer service.
