Food was really good. Wait staff was amazing. They we're fast a friendly with a large group of people. I was late and the others had already ordered, but they got my food out at the same time as the rest if the table.

Very family friendly restaurant. Buffet always contains a good selection of items to choose from and I like everything I’ve eaten so far. The restaurant has good views of the forest surrounding the hotel. There is an outdoor area next to the cafe that is set up to show movies for children in the evenings. Worth a visit!

Excellent selection but almost all the food was cold. I'm not sure how you could pass inspection at those temperatures. Coffee was also not hot. Everyone was working really hard but they were just really busy on a Sunday morning. For the price, it should be great instead of just good.

I have not been to the Hyatt in a few years, so did not realize this cafe was no longer open for lunch. I brought a friend to treat her to lunch for her birthday and was very disappointed to find this cafe closed for lunch.

Ordered salmon, steak and a burger for the family. The salmon was dry, the burger was overcooked and the steak was forgotten. Very nice folks, offered to make it right very quickly. Everything was right the next time.

Update: Came back the next day, remembered us and did everything they could to make us happy. Great service!

Well done for a buffet cafe. Waitress was nice but distracted due to the crowds. Parking lot is quite some distance from the cafe. Lucky there are shuttles to help. Mutiple food stations with hot and tasty food. Super friendly staff and helpful with food choices.

Great buffet breakfast. Very friendly service. Indoor and afresco dining. Omelettes were made to order. Excellent coffee and lattes. Fresh range juice. A must when staying at the Hyatt.

Flies everywhere.
So I had a breakfast buffet Here July 12. The food was fine, but flies climbed every where. I am totally shocked when I saw multiple flies climbing on my eggs. During my stay, Texas Health Care Association was holding meeting in this hotel. One of my friend(MD) saw flies, and left immediately. Can't understand why they left so many flies here, when large group of Doctors gonna visit.

Good food but the bar was not adequately staffed for an event of our size. However the following day it looked liked they added another 2 bartenders instead of the 1 we had the previous day.

Very long wait for breakfast buffet, than the food started running out as it got towards the end of serving time. Price has gone from $18 to $25 per person. The chair cushions are getting really shabby, and it seems like they could replace them for the prices they charge. We've been there a lot but it will probably be awhile before we go back.
