I ordered the Thai Tea Milk With Brown Sugar Boba and this is the first time I have had boba that I genuinely enjoyed.
The staff is welcoming and very helpful!
I will most definitely be back to try out the other menu items specifically one of the smoothie bowls!

Absolutely amazing drinks and very delicious smoothie bowls!!!! The atmosphere is charming and the staff is so nice. I always ask to be surprised on a drink and I have liked every single one I have had. I highly recommend trying their seasonal/monthly drink paired with mochi ice cream or macaroons, It will make you want to get more. For authentic and good priced boba tea, this is the place to be.

We tried Jasmine and Matcha boba tea, was just alright. Quite underwhelming because we do expect the tea flavor to be stronger, especially for the matcha. Half and half should only be added to Thai Tea. For other types of milk tea, milk base such as half and half, skim milk, or non-dairy milk will be watered down really quick with added ice, and the drink will lose its richness. Hope the shop adjusts this. And since there are so many layers of ingredients in the drink, sealed cups would be great.
Staff is very helpful and sweet. Will come back to try out other drinks and update reviews to be fair. Please support local business.

Tea is mid every time we go. Pearls are delicious. Order something different every time cause we love boba and all 3 of us never finish them every time we try cause they’re kinda gross. My kid tried to order a regular Thai tea and got handed a warm watery smoothie and told me they’re out of frozen bananas so it was really liquid-y???? How can you just tell someone their drink is gonna be nasty and still hand it over 😂😂

I've never had Boba. The girls up there had plenty of recommendations for my taste. It tastes really good. The place was clean, modern and perfect for Canyon. I'll be back for sure.

As someone who first had boba in China, I know that nothing in rual Texas is nessisarily going to live up to that. With that being said, the overall experience I had at the Bubble Bar today was... odd? I'm not entirely sure how describe it. I asked for a milk tea with tapioca pearls (the original boba tea, and the most basic thing on any place's menu) and was met with a level of discourtiousness thay deeply baffled me. I understand being asked what kind of tea since they have several on the menu, but the worker there didn't know what a tapioca pearl was, and was honestly incredibly rude when I didn't understand what she was talking about concerning both the tapioca and the rest of the drink. I don't know if that person was just new, having a bad day, or if they just truly hadn't been trained properly, but it was a bit much for 3 o'clock on a Tuesday. In addition to this, the drink had overcooked pearls, too much ice, and was expensive for what you're getting. If you're looking for a good boba place in the Amarillo area, you honestly might was well drive the extra 7 miles to Leaf and Bubble.

I hate to give this review because the ladies were so nice. Two times we've come to Bubble Bar and both times the bubble tea tastes and looks like really sweet half and half with boba. I keep asking myself where is the black tea in the classic boba milk tea?
Typically, a classic boba milk tea is a light brown color, a good blend between half and half and black tea. This just wasn't it and really needs improvement for the price.

I work here and I'd like to say that it's an amazing environment to work in! I feel like coming back even after my shift ends just to relax in the chill atmosphere.
Aside from that, the drinks are to DIE for! I personally get the "Strawberry Matcha Latte" with some vanilla flavoring. When I want something more refreshing I go for a Jasmine tea with pomegranate boba, strawberry flavoring and no milk. It's great!
Hope you all check it out, it's worth it!

Purchased the matcha milk tea with brown sugar boba and I could not taste the matcha at all. It was too watered down and Same with the Thai milk tea. Need improvememts.

If you're someone from a big city where boba chains (ding/gongcha/teapioca) are common, this place won't be similar.
The drinks are fine although I wish they had the same process as most boba chains, feels more like a coffee shop that makes boba drinks. They do a good job of cooking the tapioca pearls, great brown sugar flavor on them as well.
The ladies working there are super sweet with a great attitude! The inside is nice, won't be surprised to see students lounging there as a hangout or to do school work. I'm glad canyon can now have a good boba spot, definitely missed that from the big city.
