I was served a legit third wave style espresso that was ground to order, weighed, and pulled on a La Marzocco by an actual barista. Yes, that's standard practice for specialty coffee in larger cities but this is an absolute gem for BCS.
5 stars for the espresso alone: balanced and sweet with a mouth watering acidity and a lingering moreish aftertaste. None of that smoky charbux or faux hipster lemon juice bs.
