Great coffee in an old house. Good cookies.

The seating is spread out and there's lots of room to study. But the drinks: I had a Breakfast In Bed and was skeptical because I'd never heard of a drink with fruity pebbles infused milk and espresso before so I had to try it. Oh my god. My favorite latte, one of the best lattes I've ever had. I almost got a second one! I will be back very soon for my fruity Pebble latte 😍 it's not too sweet either, it's a nice balance of sweet and savory. Must try!

Best coffee shop in Bryan and College Station. The baristas know what they are doing. Espresso is well dosed to where you can actually taste the flavor profile of the coffee. They roast in house and serve it "The Polite Way." The atmosphere is excellent and open providing lots of seating, indoors and out with lots of parking. I can't recommend this place enough.

Kyle House coffee is amazing! We just hosted our rehearsal dinner there on Thanksgiving evening. Kyle House bent over backwards for us to make our rehearsal dinner happen on a holiday. Barry, the Polite coffee manager, went above and beyond to ensure our event ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend trying Kyle House coffee and hosting an event there!

This was my first time at the Kyle House and I had a fantastic experience! Trent made an excellent drink and was very knowledgeable about the history of the house. The homely feel is really relaxing as well - I'll definitely be back!
