You are so fortunate to have the young lady who assisted us yesterday in the drive thru. Was our first trip to a Dutch Bros and she was very patient with all our questions as well as just a joy to talk with. Did not get her name but she's recently graduated from A&M, is going into OT and hails from the Longview area of NE Texas. Was nice to experience such wonderful customer service.

the drinks is alright but it took me 10 or 15 minutes to order and the people who took my order look lost

I use to love this location but this new crew couldn't care less to pay attention to who is in line next. The worker started to walk over to me then someone else drove up closer so you took their order before me. Huh? This is probably the 6th time this has happened in the last 6 wks.When I got my drink they didn’t even wipe it off. Southwest Pkwy does it right.

The golden eagle is soooo addictive!! We’ve been going pretty much since they opened and only 1 time was our order wrong and it was a funny mistake. We ordered 1 extra shot which would make 5 shots espresso total and they clicked single shot of espresso for the whole drink 😂 we had zero issues getting it remade even though it was on a day my bf went alone to pick up and it took us 30mins to get it back there. Just amazing service and vibes. You can honestly never leave there upset, we pleasantly enjoy our morning routine. Thank you guys for all your hard work!!

When i need a pick me up that tastes great i always stop by dutch bros there always friendly ajd helpful!

I brought my dog Stella here to get her a pup cup because had been really sick and I wanted to do something fun for her. She loved her pup cup and getting to roll around in the grassy area. The girl working the drive-thru and the girl who took our order at the window were both so excited to say hello to Stella, and Stella absolutely loved meeting them. It really made her day and I appreciate the employees who made it such a positive experience for her.

Very large selection of different drinks! When you roll in the drive thru you immediately get greeted by a friendly staff member who takes your order.

I love this place! Everyone is very friendly and the drinks are always delicious. I always look forward to coming here and I think they have the best coffee out of all the coffee chains. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the last two times I've gotten the pumpkin caramel brulee cold brew, the pumpkin flavoring hasn't been mixed well or something and I kept drinking chunks of kinda pasty pumpkin stuff. It was a mildly unpleasant situation but still tasted wonderful.

All positive vibes here. The employees are always so friendly. The service is quick and the prices are better than Starbucks. They may not have the huge selection that Starbucks carries, but what they do have sure does blow them out of the water.
