Frozen Smoothie, correct.
Sealed sanitized straw, correct.
Very friendly and knowledgeable courteous girl who answered all my questions, correct.
A hole on the top of the drink lid, WRONG, INCORRECT, UNHYGIENIC.
The straw hole on the top lid -MUST- be sealed COMPLETELY.
Until this company changes their flawed and contamination prone HOLE on the plastic lid, I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANY MORE BEVERAGES.
There is a coffee bean PLACED OUTSIDE of the drink.The product is EXPOSED when handed to you and MUST BE INSIDE of the plastic cup!

1.- McDonald's has a SEALED PLASTIC LID HOLE. CORRECTLY DONE.
2.- Whataburger drinking cups have a SEALED PLASTIC LID HOLE on all their disposable drinks. CORRECTLY DONE.
Smoothie King has a SEALED PLASTIC LID HOLE. CORRECTLY DONE.
Starbucks has a SEALED PLASTIC LID HOLE. CORRECTLY DONE!!
-The Human Bean has their lids WRONG.- MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO CHANGE -LID- HOLE DESIGN IMMEDIATELY! THERE IS A PANDEMIC AND ALL FOOD PRODUCT -MUST!!!- BE FREE FROM CONTAMINATION.

We absolutely love it here especially when the bean is given with the coffee. Its one of my daughters favorite places. I ended up getting the app for my phone because when we get the chance to we go here alot it was our go too for this passed spring break. Staff is super nice and friendly. It also took me a little while to figure out what a muffin top was too. But thank you so much to the human bean for starting most of our days!! Your little place is a blessing to many families like ours.

This place is amazing!! By far much better than Starbucks. The coffee is so rich and smooth with the perfect blend of flavors. And the staff; WOW! Exceptional customer service. Very friendly and warm greeting staff. I literally have to drive across town to get here just to go back across town for work. Definitely worth the trip and service. This place always helps me get my day started great in the morning! My new favorite coffee fix!

Ordered a 32oz caramel hazel mocha blended with wip cream and its delicious and it cost about $8. Good and fast customer service, there's a drive thru or a window if you want to get down and look at menu.

This granita was so good! I ordered it with sugar free caramel. The little chocolate bean complements this drink. I ordered a whole bag.

Just visit this place for the first time, and whoever was taking my order can learn more about adequate customer service. I appreciate the service the human bean offers to Brownsville, but do not let it get overshadowed by poor customer service. Plus I asked for whipped cream in 4 of the 5 coffees ordered and none of them had whipped cream.

Loved the coffee here! Definitely recommend the caramel hazelnut mocha hot! I will come back on my visit to the valley!

I gave it 1 star because I ordered an iced oatmilk latte that mostly looked like milk. I don't believe they used oatmilk since I got the runs and stomach pains right after drinking it. Dairy milk causes me to get sick like this! Not a good Saturday for me. Never again! 4/15/23

This place is by far the BEST! Excellent customer service and the Snowy Mocha is my favorite! My daughter loves the Banana Strawberry Smoothie! It’s a must every time we go!!!

Called to confirm non-dairy milks: soy, almond, coconut and almond.
Iced Soy latte was much better than the lattes I had on the island.
I was surprised by the chocolate covered coffee bean. At first sight, I thought it was an odd foam bubble.
Nice sipping lid and they still offer you a straw without asking.
