BEST food trailer in West Texas :) Their coffee is better than Starbucks and the food is absolutely amazing! The chicken bacon ranch wrap is my all time favorite. Mertzon is beyond lucky to have such great food and great service! The bacon cheddar grits are also a favorite.

The food is devious and so full of flavor. Is seasoned as it cooks that gives it that great taste. From breakfast to lunch and the supper bowls and burgers are fresh and very filling. Just a wonderful place to eat. Prices are very reasonable compared to prices at the stores. Go try for yourselves. Yum

A food truck selling traditional American food. Portions are generous and food is well made. The proprietor was very sweet and seemed to take a genuine interest in our lives as we drove through town.

I just stopped by for tacos and coffee. Probably the best breakfast taco I have had in a very long time! The latte was actually really good too! So glad I found this place! Owner is very nice also
