Black Rifle Coffee

Horrible ending to a pleasant night during Dickens on Main. My toddler desperately needed to use the restroom and Black Rifle was the only store nearby that I could get to quickly that had restrooms. Despite having customers inside finishing drinks, the older employee guarding the door refused entry to my toddler and I and she had an accident as we tried to find another restroom.

I would be more understanding if there was nobody in the coffee shop or if I was the one who needed a restroom, or even if I needed to buy a drink to support the business after my toddler went, but when Black Rifle still has customers in the store and a dad is just trying to get his toddler to a toilet, is it too much to ask for a little compassion?

I only go here all of the time now. From coffee to pastries to snacks to gear to drinking cups to ALL OF YOUR COFFEE NEEDS!!! It's a must for coffee lovers!

Mocha was extremely inferior to the BRCC on Bitters in San Antonio. Couldn't even finish it because it tasted bland. Definitely not worth $5. Will stick to the Bitters store.

Great coffee. Love the different themed coffee bags. Especially the goat cyborg storyline. Should have taken a picture! T shirts are $27 though! That's crazy but then again, my cup of coffee was almost $10! Great place but gave it 4 stars for bringing in the Californian price tag on merch and coffee

SO GOOD!! Stopped in for a mid-day cold coffee while out shopping. Every worker was kind and smiled when we were walking into the store (sometimes a rarity these days) so that was very refreshing! Moving forward, the service was quick & top notch, and the coffee was awesome; will definitely return when back in the area!! We had an espresso mocha with caramel cold foam and a simple nitro cold brew which were both awesome👍You can also buy their bagged coffee in store along with apparel; overall really cool place.

Absolutely awesome coffee and great selection of food or drinks. The staff placed my order the way I had asked however... the place was kinda quiet. Needs some music or something rolling in the background and the staff could be overheard talking trash about the company. A little disappointing. Still bought a shirt because I believe in the company and their message. Veterans helping veterans.

Had a few good experiences there so far, our friend actually works for Black Rifle and gave us tour to the new location. It was certainly awesome to see the different style of interior with an attached gun store! We love the message, veterans helping veterans especially being a military family. I liked their coffee, taste like the Blonde Espresso you get an Starbucks. The staff seemed overwhelmed and a bit all over the place though. A couple of them started to argue who's drink belonged to who and which of them was making the next order. Their staff just needs to work on teamwork more and not to have disagreements/disputes in the open where customers are watching.
