First time visiting, but won't be the last! Great breakfast! I had the Big Bend breakfast sandwich and my wife had the spinach omlette and added mushrooms. All great. We brought home a cinammon roll for tomorrows breakfast. Can't wait to try the burgers!!

What a great little spot! This was probably the best chicken & waffles I've ever had. You can definitely taste the attention to detail, can't wait to come back.

If you haven't been here you haven't had one of the best burgers in Texas, nothing fancy just damn good, will be back and the fries are super and fresh cut, real food as it should be done, 👍 service was way above average. Eat local folks it's better and the appreciate it.

The best hamburger you will ever have. On a soft brioche bun with a perfectly cooked patty and fresh vegetables. And a side of their housemade fried potato chips. Finish it up with a mini buttermilk pie. So so good. We’d eat there every week if our weight allowed us to.

Nice homey place. Good burgers and homemade potato chips. My kid really liked the fries and corn dog bites. We only went for lunch so menu choices are limited but will definitely go again to try supper.

Outstanding!!!!! This place looks like it's just a local burger joint. DO NOT let that fool you. Some fantastic meals come from this humble little place. Breakfast or buugers are worth going for.

A little hot the day we went, but great service and excellent food! Logan was very fun to talk to and expect some chef prepared food. This is not your average burger joint. I highly recommend the Sam Houston.

Nothing short of phenomenal! This cafe is a MUST try. If we were to relocate, monthy road-trips will be mandatory. The owners are very interactive, engage in building community relationship and ensure the experience you are looking for! 1836 Cafe - Bells, TX!
