Sertinos Coffee (HEB Kiosk)

Ohmygoodness. I'm glad I chose this place over Starbucks. Like I love Starbucks but this place right here 20Xs better. The person who served me was absolutely great. (I'm not sure his name. But serves was amazing)

This will be my go to whenever I need my coffee

This particular cafe in HEB PLUS on Dowlen won me over by not just awesome beverages, but by providing excellent customer service. They give recommendations on what you desire as far as taste whether sweet or fruit cravings and them some. Love this place and my favorites are their Almond Joy Vanilla Coconut drink and the Chai latte drinks. It's a must try if ever shopping in HEB.

I didn’t get the employees name .. but man is he hilarious and quirky . It was a pleasure to have a conversation with him . Need more people like him in these establishments. He demonstrated genuine customer service and it was appreciated . He also made me an amazing drink . That guy really deserves a raise 💰

Got an Americano and it was very tasty. They use good coffee beans. I drink my coffee black so I know when coffee tastes good unlike these Dunkin people who put way too much cream and sugar in their "coffee" beverages.

Had the Best Experience!! Excellent costumer service and the BEST coffee I have EVER Had! The guy could see immediately I needed a srong one and boy did he deliver. I wish we lived closer than 5 hours away. Thanks a bunch!

Very convenient and pleasant stop for a quick cup of coffee. They open early and stay open til 7pm. Nathan was very helpful. They don’t have anything other than coffee so no mugs, food and such. Overall great customer service.

The guy working is so Sweet, friendly awesome spirit and personality! My coffee was Perfect he is The Bomb!
