Not what I expected but delicious and unique offerings that didn't even make it through the 15 minute ride home. We didn't try the hot food, just a spicy pineapple sundae and a watermelon slushy. I thought the place was predominately an ice cream parlor but we pleasantly mistaken. They have a variety of hot snack foods, like popcorn chicken and fries, as well as signature cold drinks ranging from sundaes to smoothies.

Very unhelpful staff. I ordered the crispy buffalo shrimp. Big mistake! The shrimp is not crispy at all, in fact it's still completely in the shell. You literally have to peel all of the sauce off to eat it. Smelled fishy. The person pretty much told me to just get over it.

This place is over rated. Their pictures make everything look great but they have an Asian twist to a lot of their food that did not sit right with my Hispanic taste buds.
Cons: Their elote taste sweet and has a weird cotija cheese that tastes more like parmesan than anything else. Their carne asada nachos have a sauce on them that I assume is suppose to be like salsa but it truly has too much of an Asian twist and makes the dish too weird for my liking. Their wings are tiny and overcooked and dried out even the ones with the bbq on them.
Pros: Their aguas frescas are bomb! Their Strawberry Agua Horchata is a nice twist to this traditional drink and for some reason my taste buds approve, it is absolutely delicious. Their Teas are the best and they have all kind of classic add ons that make your Tea super Extra! They truly are the Mangonada kings their Mangonadas come softened so you can eat them with a spoon or sip on them with one of their large straws.

I enjoy coming to Zero Degrees because a variety of drinks. My favorite is the spicy watermelon drink because it’s refreshing for Texas heat. It’s sweet and it has a little bit of that tajin kick. Perfect combo if you ask me 😆.
Oh! And don’t forget about their snacks as well. Their elote and chicken bites are my go to snacks every time.

I've heard great things about this place and finally decided to give it a try. Before heading out I went online to make sure this new location was still open. Website clearly states closing hour is 10pm, I walked in a little before 930 only to be told that the kitchen was closed. I proceeded to order a cookie monster smoothie "since the fryers were off" only to be turned down once again . Not a great way to get this new location going. Any other place serves customers until the hour they are advertised to be under operation. #falseadvertisement if you ask me ! OR maybe from now on the time your fryers are turned off should be listed on website as well.

If I could give this place 0 stars then I would. I was very excited to visit the new location in Baytown after seeing their posts on Instagram. When I finally had the chance to visit I was highly disappointed! I ordered the mangonada and paid an extra dollar for the candy/tamarind straw. I paid nearly $9 for a drink and they didn't make it correctly. I brought my concern to the staff and they attempted to remake the drink a total of 3 times. It never turned out right and by the last attempt I decided to give up. I attempted to contact somebody online but nobody ever responded. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE, IT'S A JOKE! I could have gotten a proper mangonada for half the price at a Mexican refresqueria or I could have made it myself. Never going back to this place ever again.

The service isnt great, the girls working were not welcoming at all. They were on their phones. They talked amongst themselves and not to us. They said that the sundaes were not ready when I asked to order one, but did not say how long it would take or anything. They also got the order wrong and they argued with me about what I got when I repeated it three times! The music is way to loud and you cant really understand what they are saying. I know they just opened, so hopefully they get their customer service together. On a postive note the sundaes were great and they do give you what you pay for.

This place is trendy, but the food isn't that great. Had the carne asada fries, it was more like fat asada then actual meat. The lemon pepper wings were more like bland wings. The mangonada was ok at best; the only thing that was actually very good was the cucumber limade.
