Updated Review: Now open on weekends! Coffee is still amazing but the black tea is my go to as they brew it strong! They’re expanding and I couldn’t be happier knowing baked goods are coming!

A much needed little coffee shop on the way to Smithville. I can’t wait for them to be open on weekends so I can make this my stop on the way to mountain bike RHR and Buescher. Good merch, good staff, good coffee.

Wow! So good! The coffee is amazing, lovely atmosphere, super nice staff. A must-visit spot for anyone driving through. I brought home a couple pounds of Thunderbolt dark roast beans and can't stop inhaling the intoxicating aroma.

Such an amazing coffee shop! The barista was on his way out for the weekend and was kind enough to stay late to make us coffee. He explained that due to difficulties with staffing, they had to reduce their hours but wanted to make sure we had a positive experience. Highly recommend their cold brew!

Their dirty water is great. Staff is always very friendly. Pastries and alternate snacks always available. That trail mix bar is an explosion of flavor!!

Stopped by on my way to work today. Great place! Everyone was super nice and the coffee is excellent. Was looking to buy a particular flavor profile and they gave me a great recommendation. Roasting on site which is cool. And my bagel was so fresh and tasty. You have to check them out!

We live right in the neighborhood and love TCW! Awesome to have such a high quality local coffee roaster right here in Bastrop. It’s got a welcoming chill vibe with lots of sunlight and succulents and some space to sit outside too . Their smoothies and pastries are also made in house and are delicious ! I like that there is something on the menu for everyone ranging from
healthy —>treats and of course all kinds of amazing drinks. The staff is so friendly and helpful! We * love *Johna and recently met Megan who was great as well . Recommended 200%!!

OMG! Finally a decent coffee shop in Bastrop. They fresh roast their beans and use organic milk. Their coffee is so tasty I love it. There lattes are a little too foamy but by far the best coffee around these parts!

The team at TCW is exceptional as is their coffee! I have 3 different drink options as my go to because there are so many good options.
Johna is the sweetest barista and takes pride in making each drink as you like it!
Also the pastries are divine! I’m hooked in the blueberry muffin but ya can’t go wrong with any of them!
They also sell top notch coffee equipment. Expert coffee guru Jacob takes time to advise you in how and what roast to choose.
Their mercy is also irresistible! Buy a shirt or a thermos!
