Tea Valley

So I would normally give this kind of place one star. But, the fact of the matter is, the drinks were amazing. We got the banana and strawberry smoothie. So, we order our drinks, two of them, then the lady at the register took the orders of four other people after us. Then, she went to the back to get help. We sat there for thirty minutes before we got our drink. They did have some uno cards and connect for to pass the time. But thirty minutes is ridiculous.

The flavors are really really good. I've tried the thai, taro, vanilla and almond flavored milk teas. The tapioca doesn't seem to get stirred when cooked or something because there's always big chunks of them stuck together, making it hard to drink them all through the straw.
Sometimes the service is really slow, but it's just because they are understaffed and overworked. I tried online ordering once and the order didn't go through. FYI. Last time I went, though, the customer service was good and I got my drinks quickly.

I usually love the thai tea from here, I’ve been drinking it since LAB C opened. However, this time, I ordered 75% sweetness in my tea and it was not great. It wasn’t so bad to where I couldn’t drink it, but it did not taste like 75% sweetness. It was bitter and just overall not amazing. Not to mention, as soon as we were handed our drinks, the employees immediately got on their phones. Could be better.

I used to buy their teas all the time then I stopped for a while, today I tried to go to labc and they said they moved here, so I did I like the place and love that they got a kids playing area. Sadly when I ordered my tea I asked how long would it take because I had kids with me and the cashier said she didn’t know so I continued to ask 10? 20? Maybe 30 minutes? She said 30 so I came back around 20 minutes after when I went to pick it up it didn’t have ice so I asked and the girl and just said well it’s been ready for a long time 😅 I was like oh okay you told me 30 minutes and she just said yeah 🧍🏻‍♀️ 😂 I’m not even mad but definitely won’t waste my time and money on a hot 🧋 so if you visit here just make sure you don’t have anything to do after and stay close if not you will get a hot 🧋😂

I'm new at ordering boba and the girls here instead of helping you out and understand, they just get all annoyed, roll their eyes and don't even try. I'll stick to starbucks, they're always very friendly there. Even though the tea here has great flavor. That's the only reason I'm giving it 3 and not 1 star

Not my cup of tea.
Probably my fault for searching for a Tea House and having no idea this is not a traditional tea cafe.
So, few decaf or hot teas available, and a very loud environment (tv/music).
Not a relaxing kind of place. I would have dined in but the noise level was so high that I took it to my car.

The best Boba. The tapioca is soft and chewy and I love that you can choose the level of sweetness. My favorite is large chocolate coconut smoothie with extra tapioca.

Super nice owners, presented us with way more options than I knew bubble tea could have. Which is great because I often find bubble tea too sweet. Once we stopped on our way out of town. Hellen (the owner) gave us water in a sealed cup for our road trip. We didn't even ask, she just handed it to us.

Really fun faces on the cup seals too! I always try to jab the straw through the mouth.

Normally don't write reviews, but definitely decided to do so this time. You are given the option to order from Tea Valley while eating at Lab C Kitchen.

We got our drinks delivered from employee next door. The girl was rude, set down our drinks hastily, we said hi, asked a question. There was no acknowledgment from employee whatsoever.

Thank you for writing on top of the drinks so we know which is which. Part of the experience is having good customer service. Which is not was delivered. For the prices you're paying, you expect better service.
