Love trying new trucks and decided to try out this one. Got a cold brew with a little vanilla and cream , was very inexpensive ($4.50) and very delicious!

Staff was super friendly and VERY quick to make everyone’s orders.

I love your coffee but your hours perplex me and I am discouraged from visiting your truck. Here I stand at 11:35am and the coffee truck is closed again. This has happened on Saturdays and midweek several times. Hours say one thing yet it’s closed.
If there was a sign on the truck or a notice on the Google maps listing, a mailing/texting list I could get on, to let me know of spontaneous closures, I would be giving y’all 5 stars.
Not everyone lives on social media but there’s no post to be found there, either, to notify someone who made the drive to visit y’all. This keeps happening!

Coffee is excellent. Staff interactions are great. Consistency in when I can actually get these great things vs. what you advertise, is poor.

Genuinely great coffee, I got an iced hazelnut and it was fantastic, really neat ice cubes too!

I literally just left and already had to leave a review. We are AVID coffee drinkers and love trying out new coffee shops. Stellar Coffee Co is a hidden gem! My iced oat milk latte was great, but my boyfriend’s Vietnamese Iced Coffee was the BOMB. So smooth and sweet and delicious. The food truck park was super cute and family/dog friendly too.

The coffee was great! I got an iced latte with oat milk. They used a single giant ice cube which is smart. Thicket Food Park is really nice with a lot of good food options. I highly recommend trying this place!

Friendly staff and super nice coffee. Their espresso was just the way I like it: strong, complex, and slightly bitter.

I’m not one to exaggerate. So when I say Elijah is the best barista this side of the Brazos you better believe it. Honorable mentions: Emily

Hours start at 9 and the dude didnt open the door until 9:22 then told everyone no lattes for another 35 minutes because the espresso machine was warming up. Very unorganized and unpredictable which is not suitable for a coffee place.

Mmmmmm...yummy coffee! We ordered the two specials. One was like a cookie butter cream and the other was a dark chocolate white elephant. They were delicious! Great to order while you're waiting on your food. Lots of lovely tree shaded seating to relax and sip your coffee!

I’ve been here twice in the past week. Fabulous iced vanilla latte both times from 2 different baristas. Friendly & prompt service, I ordered breakfast biscuits from the nearby brooklyn food truck and walked to Stellar Coffee & placed my order. Coffee came out in plenty of time for me to enjoy whilst waiting for my breakfast from the other truck. 10/10 would order again :)
