Rocket Coffee ATX And Pastries

My wife and I love coming here just about every weekend. I’m not much of a coffee person (my wife is the coffee lover of the family) so I like to get the refreshers, especially when it’s hot outside. I really appreciate the non-coffee options so I can enjoy this local coffee shop along with my wife. Kelly is always super friendly and has excellent recommendations for what to try.

WE LOVE Rocket Coffee! They have been supporting our local elementary school and have the biggest heart to GIVE! So thankful for such and amazing mom and pop shop in the community that has THE BEST COFFEE, too! Thank you Sami and Rocket Coffee- wish more coffee places were as yummy and friendly as you guys!

Kelley is exactly the kind of person you want to be a part of your morning! I tried Rocket Coffee out for the first time today and she really helped make a great first impression of the place. Although she appeared to be running behind schedule, she still made sure that not only myself but others there were taken care of. And all with a warming smile! Having her represent Rocket Coffee on the frontlines is a helluva great idea

I just moved in to the neighborhood about a month ago and I love Rocket coffee! Amazing service , great coffee and tasty Muffins! I love how a awesome the service is every time! Thanks Kelly, Nemo and Jordan! I love the fact that Rocket coffee sponsors many community event’s including the pet adoption event a few months ago that I unfortunately missed.

I think staff needs to really think about brewing better beans because coffee is very mediocre. Mocha tasted burnt and black coffee was weak and watery. I loveee the location and everyone is so nice but I really think they need to improve their beans and coffee quality. We didn’t even finish our coffees and felt like it was a waste of money. I will definitely visit again hoping to find some improvements. 💕

It’s not often that you find a local coffee shop with quality coffee. Rocket coffee definitely got it! 100% fair trade and organic beans. You can definitely taste the quality in every sip! Also I appreciate the fact that Rocket coffee supports the local community/ schools and I’m happy to support them. Do yourself a favor and stop by today!

I’m not the type to leave a bad review but I have to say this is the most mediocre coffee shop I’ve ever been to. I had an iced coffee with cream and vanilla which was not good. I also had their egg and cheese breakfast sandwich which was very bland and tasted like cardboard. The pastries I had were a blueberry muffin and a croissant. The muffin tasted like the ones you purchase at a gas station and the croissant was cold and dry. The only thing I can say that I bought that was decent was the cake pop thing they serve.
Once again I don’t usually post bad reviews but I feel something had to be said due to the nasty remarks they respond to their patrons who leave honest reviews.
The only reason I left a 3 star review is because of the friendly staff they had working and the cleanliness of the place.
Save your time and money and go to a different local spot that will serve better food/coffee and can take some constructive criticism!

I made sure to stop by on the first day they were open for a cup of black coffee (I know, I'm boring). The coffee was solid and staff was friendly. It's great to have a coffee shop within walking distance. I'll be sure to continue to support!

Decent coffee shop. Will go again as it's the only one close to my work. Got a large iced latte, was very milk heavy but overall was fine. Probably would get something else next time.

They have so many 5 star reviews due to offering a 15% discount on your order if you leave a review and show them, I'd say it's more of a 3-4 star place, leaning towards a 3.
