UPDATE: I knew Praxis as a South Austin roaster, but now they also have a coffee truck! They are friendly and generous and make coffee drinks as well as they roast. You should go and visit. Buy a drink, buy some beans, and then get some tacos at the truck next door.

Seth is an amazing owner dedicated to providing you with nothing but top notch quality coffee and customer service! A true coffee lover who’s products speaks nothing but volumes. It is so satisfyingly pleasing to know there’s a local coffee business who takes pride in their service and products. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, off this menu is even close to mediocre. Praxis Coffee Roasters has set a new standard in coffee and not just in the small business category. Praxis can definitely give Starbucks, dunkin’, etc a true, hard run for their money! If you’re looking for a simple pour over with nothing but flavor or a nice concoction of lattes, this is definitely the place to stop by. Whether you’re an Austin native, a newbie, corporate business coffee lover, or local business coffee lover, Praxis should be your new Go-To choice for your daily dose of caffeine.

The best oat milk latte I've ever had. Their coffee is magical. Pour over is amazing too.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Austin. Great prices, great service, and even more amazing coffee. If you haven't tried their Ethiopian Natural on pourover or their honey lavender latte, you are missing out!

The folks who work here are very friendly and make great coffee! My wife always gets a cappuccino with almond milk and I usually get an espresso. They also sell a variety of beans!

My ABSOLUTE favorite coffee, espresso, beans and friendly faces in all of Austin! I have even walked 45 mins to this place when my car was in a shop. Always worth the wait, the drive and the investment. Coffee done perfect.
