Praxis Coffee Roasters

I've frequented most of the "best" coffee shops in Austin, but had not made it to Praxis until today. I ordered a pour-over from their Panamanian selection plus a honey lavender latte. I also requested a hot chocolate for my son, which Praxis kindly obliged even though it wasn't on the menu. All three drinks were outstanding! I've enjoyed some sublime coffees from all over the world, from Austria to Australia, and I can say the pour-over was among the top 5% of black coffees I've ever had. The service and accommodations were first-class and much appreciated. I'll certainly be going back to Praxis and recommending them to my coffee-loving friends. A perfect pick-me-up for today, my birthday!

You want amazing coffee, don't have to look any further. They got good service and the folks are very nice too, remember me by order of Cafe Latte and that's very nice too see.

You can easily get coffee and work/chill there at Luster's outside seating space, before the bar begins.

I’ve lived in south Austin for 15 years and this is my favorite coffee spot that’s opened been down here! The coffee is fantastic, the iced chai is out of this world. The staff if amazing and so nice. Seeing Cam is the best way to kick off your day! Do yourself a favor and stop by!

I thought I had a favorite coffee place but I found a new one, praxis coffee is incredible! There’s a total science to this roasting coffee thing and the quality of the beans make a huge difference. Praxis does it all 100%. The owner Seth is personable and cool and delivered my latte faster than anywhere else. Go check them out I assure you it will be your new favorite coffee spot!!

I love praxis. Seth is friendly and knows his product deeply. This is among the best coffee I’ve had in Austin in over 6 years here. Couldn’t recommend more!

Very friendly and quick. My dog and I walked here a few weeks ago on our morning walk.

Great coffee. Not a fan of the "Pearl" place they co-use for enjoying your coffe there. Felt more like a bar than a coffee shop. Felt like I was there after hours. No place comfortable for working on laptop. Few seats with plug-ins. Smelled like cleaning products. Outside looked ok for large groups, but again not very inviting. Would buy coffee there again but take it elsewhere.
