Really good coffee and breakfast food that’s not a bad price

Good coffee, nice atmosphere to relax and have a drink, a bakery item and chat while you wait for food. I didn't find it to be very child friendly, but I understand that's not who they cater to. We waited over an hour for a piece of avocado toast and there was broken glass under our table. The the menu warns you food can take up to 40 minutes if it's busy - I'm not sure how I feel about putting this disclaimer up vs trying to solve proactively. With the low touch service model, there wasn't any person to ask when food would come out or if our order was missed, and no one to help with cleaning up our area.

Great, great coffee shop and brunch spot. Inside area and outside patio that's dog friendly.
Definitely a spot to try once.... Or 3 times

I have been to this place twice. The first time I went everything was great! My food came out all perfect and the coffee was amazing. I loved the vibe! I enjoyed it so much that I decided to bring my friend. The second time I went, the experience was not good. The one incident that genuinely upset me was encountering an incredibly rude behavior from an employee. The restaurant is incredibly busy on Sunday and I knew going into it that I would have to wait awhile for my food. All orders are done via technology and we had been waiting for over an hour. I started to worry, and was concerned that maybe our order wasn’t captured because we all know how great technology can be. I stopped an employee, expressed how I knew they were busy and it takes awhile for food to come out. I simply asked if she could ensure our order was received. I did not demand her to get me food or to hurry up. I just wanted to ensure it was a received order. Her response to me was along the lines of “have you ever worked at a restaurant because if you have you would know that everyone tends to get here at the same time and put their orders in at the same time.”
A simple “let me see if your order was received” or even a “I will go check on that” would have sufficed and been a lot more professional. I completely understand how it is busy on the weekends, but I was not even an ounce rude to the waitress and do not appreciate her rude and belittling response to a simple inquiry about whether my food order was received or not.

I drive across town just for the scones and the vibes. Literally, I live up near the Domain and make my way to south Lamar just so I can have Patika. The coffee is so great and you can’t go wrong with any of their baked goods or hot breakfast/brunch dishes. My current favorites are the strawberry cornmeal scone and s’mores cookie. They are ever evolving and now have a large outdoor patio. This is a great spot to catch up with some friends or work remotely.

Bougie craft coffee cafe. They have the traditional coffee drinks, espresso, wine, beer, and baked-in-house pastries. You can order light meals from the food truck. Pets are welcome outside on the patio. The staff and environment is welcoming. Parking is tight. Your best bet is on the adjacent street or in the vacant lots next door. Handicap accessible ramp is in the back.

Have dined-in twice now and highly recommend. Location is convenient and parking is readily available. Service is fast and staff have been friendly and helpful on both of my visits. Prices are a great value for the quality they deliver and the selections range from recognizable favorites to gourmet plates and exciting healthy options. During my first visit, I ordered a London Fog and a kale, egg, and quinoa bowl, and during my second, I ordered a yogurt and granola bowl with a fried egg and bacon - again with a London Fog. The flow of the space is a bit unnatural and seating areas aren’t the most comfortable, but overall, food + bev, atmosphere, and service hit the mark. A 15-minute grab-and go parking spot (until 11am) is available immediately outside the front door for quick weekday service.

June is the best human on planet earth that is all. Came for the food and stayed for the vibes. 10/10. Also, get the quinoa bowl.

The baked goods really are as good as people say. But the breakfast toast I just had was next level. Oh yea... Great coffee too.
