I had the French toast. It was presented nicely and the flavor was good. The reason for the 3 stars is because I felt as though the toast wasn't cooked enough, the middle of it was very soggy and cooler than the rest of the bread.

Their coffee tastes great and they serve with beautiful art which enlightens the mood. The place is also cozy. You can sit indoor or outdoor both. They do not have sugar free syrups which is sad.

Patika saved the day when everywhere else was either closed, not answering or a wait. I'm a native Houstonian, and I don't believe in waiting in line for food (ex: Snooze). Austin's variety is not much of a different concept when it comes to the food variety.
With that being said, my husband and I politely moved on around to greener pastures.
There may not be a huge variety of food items, but enough to get you going and have a pleasant experience. We both ordered the breakfast sandwich made with pretzel bread, which was REALLY good. It was soft, and just tasted like down home goodness. I ordered a sweet latte that came with a heart design (smiles :D), and my husband got a chai latte. He was pleased with his as well.
Overall, great service, food was out quickly, and I enjoyed the area outside too. It definitely turned out to be a nice quiet and pleasant morning.

Patika serves brunch menu and has lots of drink options. Good staff and good foods! I like their interior and atmosphere! Outside seats are available too! Brew coffee taste was unique and they rotate type of coffee bean everyday! Check it out before you order!

What kind of coffee shop TURNS OFF their wifi on the weekend??? Really frustrating because cell service is horrible here so don’t expect to get any work done here (if it’s the weekend lol).
As far as food-it was pretty good. The egg sandwich was not super hot when served so if you’re sitting outside and it’s in the shade it gets cold quickly. You order through your phone and tip for service. But there’s basically no table service. Have to ask for refills of water or go get it yourself inside.

Unassuming coffee shop with a small batch of pastries, breakfast, and lunch options. Food is tasty and coffee is delicious too. Indoor and outdoor seating. A bit noisy during the morning rush, but worth popping in for a drink.

A friend and I had a weekday brunch here and it was great! The salmon stuffed avocado was fantastic! The side of bacon was good too, and the crispy potatoes were incredible as well. The coffee was delicious also which made for an overall great experience.

We must have had an off-day because our experience was nothing like the majority of reviews posted here. On a positive note, the ambiance was great, the staff were very friendly and the coffee was tasty. However, the brunch food quality was pretty awful.

Three of our party had dishes with bacon - which looked and tasted like it had been cooked a week earlier - cold, dry & pale and nothing like the photos posted by other reviewers. The cornbread biscuit in the Biscuits & Gravy was like eating sawdust, and the gravy was barely warm. Overall, I thought the portions were pretty small given the prices.

Again, it seems this place generally gets rave reviews and the food in photos posted by other reviewers looks fantastic. It just wasn't our experience.

Absolutely stellar coffee on every level. Espresso shot was one of the best I've ever had (blueberry notes from the natural Ethiopian came through beautifully), drip coffee was excellent (crowd-pleasing Colombian with the familiar brown sugar-centric profile), and the v60 pourover was show-stopping (washed Kenyan with lingering stonefruit in the finish). The biscuit was delicious, and I can only imagine the rest of the pastry case is similarly wonderful. Spacious cafe with a Scandinavian aesthetic and super friendly & knowledgeable staff. Setting a high bar of expectations for Austin coffee!

Their weekend brunch is fantastic. I've had the Brioche French Toast a couple times now and my goodness is it a winner.

Coffee is great, seating is great for reading a good book for awhile.

My only gripe is that the water available isn't cold. Next time I'll try asking for a cup of ice to remedy that
