One of the standout features of Patika is their commitment to high-quality coffee. Their baristas are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, and it shows in the taste of their beverages. Whether you're a fan of classic espresso drinks or specialty drinks like the lavender honey latte, there is something for everyone.

Inhospitable staff with online ordering process. Food was good but portion was small for the price. Unfriendly atmosphere!!!

Nothing not to like here. Coffee was good. Enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches and really enjoyed the pumpkin muffin. Cute back patio where we were able to get some work done before the flight out. Good vibe.

One of the standout features of Patika cafe is their high-quality coffee. Came for an ice latte, and went with the vanilla add in. Latte was small, they left large amounts of the cup unfilled, finished the coffee in 2 big sips. Other local coffee shops you'd get 20% more coffee for the same price. The taste was also flat, and the vanilla flavor tasted bad. Atmosphere was ok, very loud, trying a bit too hard to be Austin, but ends up being "new" Austin. Service was good, nice people working there.

Overpriced, small portion, bland.

Visited Sunday around noon-1pm so it was naturally busy—still, the wait for food wasn’t long and the line was moving along. Not sure if they changed policies but if you do takeout you can’t sit inside, they make you sit up front, luckily we found 2 seats at the bar. At least the employee was friendly about it and offered us silverware once our food came out.

This is my second time here and the salmon avocado bowl is amazing! My partner got the chilaquiles and the tortilla chips smelled super fresh! The ONLY thing I hate about this place is their cold brew, it’s always so bitter! Next time I’ll just coffee from somewhere else, especially since it’s ~$4.25 a cup. Also it’s kinda hot in there but they keep their back door open so maybe the humidity was adding to the heat. Either way visit for the food, maybe go somewhere else for coffee.

Patika is a place that popped up on Lamar that is a good place for my mom ,81 and I 54 to go get something healthy for brunch on Sunday ,have a great menu and they have part of this self-serve which offsets some of the prices for some pretty nice Fare... Check it out,! on Lamar , if you are heading downtown it'll be on the right side of the street of Lamar , they're right next to some veterinary office I believe with the place kind of sneaks up on you if you need a land market has a big diamond outfront made of mirrors that used to be like a party ball in the middle of disco days you know cleaning like grim death to keeping Austin weird, testify

Great coffee, friendly staff. We were looking for a morning caffeine fix and a place that can make a cortado properly. We weren’t disappointed. Food other customers were having looked good as well.

Love love love the atmosphere of this place. I’ll definitely be back to work and grab a coffee, but I probably won’t eat here again. The sweet potato chorizo bowl was AMAZING but pretty overpriced for the portion IMO. Definitely don’t let that stop you from going though, it’s so good.
