Worth it for the bagel sandwich, but they gouge you first bottled water. No pricing until you pay, the 5 dollars for a water. People in line. Yeah should have asked, but beware of the gouging. Also rude staff.

Suppose to open 4:30 it’s 4:49 still not open very unprofessional staff move slow act like it’s now issue with the long line also as if they didn’t want to be there never again I wait til next airport.

The gal barista was super rude to me for no reason I am a kind person. The breakfast sandwich was of course not good and the baked goods looked like they were from a vending machine

I tried your avo toast. The ingredients were healthy as ever. The EDGES of the wheat toast, however, weren't crunchy. It was more of a stale toasted texture, and was difficult to bite. Your black coffee drip was nice; enough boldness, very hot, and not acidic.
Your atmosphere is bright and welcoming. You guys managed the line magnificently! But your customers all gather on one side. The corner for condiments is cramped with PEOPLE and their LUGGAGE. That's a heavy crowd all on one side.
I realize you can't change the design and set up of the counter space, but it may help if you serve food orders on the opposite end of the counter where your display case is. The other thought is to have an island for condiments in the front area.

I bought 2 sausage bagels and the the egg, cheese and sausage were cold... waste of money. Should have stood in line at the Starbucks.

Staff needs lessons in friendliness and customer service, coffee was mediocre at best. Visited 3/17/22 at 8 a.m.

Not often that you can find a coffee shop like this in an airport. This is twice in Texas that I found a specialty coffee shop. Definitely beats a Starbucks any day. Thanks for the cortado. 👌

Posted time shows 4:30am but at 4:43am the counter was still closed obviously customer started to walk away one customer ask what time they open the male shop keeper responded we open when we open horrible service I would say. Male server needs to be thought some server manners
