Medici Coffee

Don't get the bagel and cream cheese. They only give you one small cream cheese and try to charge you an extra dollar for a second one. And they're not nice about it either.

Pricey with a good service , very nice people. They use a professional coffee machine with a solid barista. However, coffee blend is extremely light with barely any flavor even after putting 4 shots in a latte cup!!!

Yeah it's coffee at the airport. Its not the best in the world, but it works when you need a little kick before or after a flight. Being one of the poor souls about to jam myself in a steel tube in the sky the shot of espresso i got has me ready to kick back and watch some movies on the Delta seat back tv!

Worst pastry ever. Cream Cheese pastry was one of the worst things I’ve eaten. And I’ll eat anything. Could barely take it down. I was just hungry. Hard pass.

Its 06/29 and they opened 30mins late. There was huge line of people and few started to leave after waiting for more then 45 mins. Its Ridiculous to waste people’s time when you cant even open on time.

The staff needs training. It doesn't live up to the reputation of all the other locations. The baristas don't know how to steam milk... Way too hot, massive bubbles. It's probably just a training issue, but it also helps to hire people who know the difference in the first place. Risky move to open an airport location, IMO

I arrived and was met with an annoyed look and poor customer service, except for one out of the three employees. I ordered a cappuccino and was given a scalding hot cup. I burned my tongue in the first sip. A lousy cappuccino. It should never be served boiling it burns the coffee and it's not drinkable.

They don't wear gloves and you see flies landing on the food. They touch their hair they mouth and then they grab your food or your cup. it made my stomach turn so I walked away.

I am a HUGE Starbucks fan, but walk on by them at Bergstrom Airport; the coffee is amazing and the breakfast sandwich is equally amazing; comparable prices, great service!!

They need to learn how to run a coffee shop then learn to make espresso drinks . My Americano is curdling and they lost our vanilla steamer order to either a “lost ticket or threw it away”. They re-made one but it was lukewarm. Very disappointing.
