The barista and the cashier were incredibly rude to me after a mistake they did, she charged me for one Americano while I clearly said Capuchino two times. The manager didn’t do any better. Completely different experience to other Medici branches in Austin. Definitely avoid this one.

Service at this location is consistently awful. Taini (I probably completely misspelled the name) was unnecessarily rude. So was the male barista, I didn’t catch his name. I get it you have to be up early but so is everyone else here. Also, got a cup full of foam instead of a latte. I seriously consistently have a better experience with the TSA than at this shop.

It is pleasant to find a place open early morning to have a warm small breakfast before going to a flight. It is mandatory to walk inside AUS airport with a mask. I would have rated it a four stars except that the lady cashier who was the same person preparing your food was wearing only a glove on her left arm and her orange nails were coming out of the tip of a broken glove. After she serve us she began to touch a box beside her then sweep the floor and began to serve the next customer without changing her glove.

This place is very poorly managed. The regular staff looks stressed and the milk was bad in my coffee. It literally doesn't get any worse than this.

Opened late and when a guy in line asked how much longer before they open the worker, Randall I believe, barked back and then preceded to tell the whole line that if they were any more late to open it would be "thanks to this guy" pointing to the man who asked. At any job I had with customer service if I ever acted or spoke that way to a customer I would have been fired. Don't go to this place if you're hoping for friendly interaction.

SLOWEST service ever! The line was insanely long and the employees had zero urgency while working. It’s like they were in slow motion. They’re just chatting behind the counter not even paying attention to how long the line is or that people have been in line for 20+ min. Terrible service.

I love Medici coffee, but this location needs to get its act together. I've been by a few times while waiting for a flight. The first time I spent 15 minutes in line only to find out their espresso machine was broken. On my most recent visit there were three staffers looking at pictures on their phones while one person struggled to work the register and take orders.

They do not allow you to tip on a card. Aka, they STEAL FROM THEIR BARISTAS ON EVERY TRANSACTION.
My barista was lovely and the coffee was too. I was heartbroken that I was forced to steal from her. I used to be a barista and it is cruel to do this. Medici, this is foul.
