Medici Coffee

It is 4:30 am on 5/21/22 and I’ve never been so embarrassed by a restaurant employee! The “manager “ Randall is by far the rudest person I’ve ever encountered! I ordered and paid for a bagel with cream cheese and jelly after standing and waiting over 20 mins. I was very rudely told after I got a bagel with just cream cheese that o could not have jelly! I said yes I can I can have whatever I want and paid for! He told me to get out and we exchanged words because once again I’ve never been treated so rude in my life over some jelly. He went to the register and demanded me to put my card in when I requested jelly or a refund. I asked for the management company and was once again yelled at and told I would not be given their contact info! Reluctantly I eventually was given Denver North Company! Shame on Randall and shame on this company to have to lower their standards for mediocre help!!

My husband and I are catching a flight out of Gate 5 at the airport and Medici is across the way. It was the best & fastest service we’ve had at an airport. The breakfast sandwich was fresh and tasty. The cinnamon was yummy especially lightly warmed up. The coffee definitely hit the spot at this 5:30 am hour! Thank you to the staff who were cheerful at this hour and making our day start so pleasantly! Many more airports could use places & employees like Medici!

Warning contaminated food! The pastries are not enclosed. I watched the employ spay DEGREASER on the nearby food warmer and the overspeay drifted across to ALL the pastries. You could be poisoned.
Additionally, there are literally 5 employees standing around looking at their phones while there is a line and only the cashier taking care of orders.

Whoever the manager is should be fired first.

Terrible coffee. Paid $6 for a cup of warm milk with no flavor

If you have a flight to catch and plan to get a cup of coffee, try other coffee shops at the airport. The coffee was super hot, almost burning my hands and they do no provide cup sleeves. The guy at the counter was rude and refused to provide an extra coffee cup. How much is it to ask for an extra empty cup? They don’t care about their customers. People working here are rude and don’t share the same warmth as other coffee shops at the airport. They are rude and non-considerate.

Opened ten minutes late when they had a long line of people waiting. Took another ten minutes to make one latte and it’s horrible. Don’t waste your time here, the Starbucks line is long but at least you’ll make your flight with decent coffee.

Medici coffee is usually so good. But not in this location.

I purchased a pre-made ham and brie sandwich on whole grain that came with Dijon mustard, apricot jam and arugala for $10.99 The sandwich was so dry on the 1st bite I had to walk back to counter to ask if they had extra condiments. Was barely any brie and I can't taste the apricot jam that I was looking forward to. The bread was of good quality. Please put your apricot jam and Dijon on side for guests to add themselves so it doesn't soak into bread and dry sandwich out. I took the sandwich back and the cashier was super kind and let me trade it for another flavor of sandwich

Attention coffee drinkers… My husband and I had a 5:30 am flight at gate 7. We arrived 2 hours early for our flight and to my dismay nothing was open. I smelled a delicious aroma from Medici but they appeared closed. I was confused until I saw a worker from the Marketplace adjacent walking away from Medici with a nice warm cup of coffee at 3:30 am. It was a huge tease when the entire area smelled fresh of coffee and paying customers have to wait until 4:30 am!!! I suggest you drink your coffee before you get to the airport or book your flights after 4:30 am. 😔🤦🏾‍♀️🥺

Love the Medici at Springdale but this location is staffed by some very salty and grumpy staff. I got a $6 cold brew that was filled to the brim with ice with barely any coffee. I asked nicely for a bit more coffee and they told me to ask for less ice next time. Seriously?
