Medici Coffee

Ordered a small cup of coffee but there was no coffee in the pots. They assisted and gave me new coffee. The coffee was so so. Chocolate chip cookie was ok. They don’t accept cash which I thought was odd.

Italian name terrible coffee espresso, totally burnt & acid lowest quality coffee beans.

Wow... AMAZING coffee. Touri was working alone this morning and there was a long line but still she had a wonderful attitude and was so sweeet. Not to mention the coffee tastes SO GOOD. I got an iced vanilla oat milk latte, and in all my time I spent in Austin this is the best coffee I’ve had and it’s in the airport! Stopping at Medici before my flight was the perfect end to my trip.

$6 for watery cold brew. I make better at home. My fault for not leaving when the staff leaves the stall without a sign and the rude worker in the bar next door has to cover for them. Didn’t want to waste my money but I couldn’t drink more than half.

FINALLY we have awesome quality craft coffee at the Austin airport!! Blueberry muffin was great too.

Fantasic! Service is some of the best I’ve had at an airport in years. Coffee is great, the breakfast tacos are delicious. This is a must for me whenever I’m traveling through the Austin airport.

Complete lack of engagement from employees, and the coffee is a ripoff. I ordered a regular espresso with an extra shot (3 total), and I got about half an inch of liquid in my teeny cup. It wasn't strong and it didn't taste great.

I questioned the barista, since I'd watched her make the drink and didn't see three shots go in. She insisted there were three shots (there weren't) and turned her back. Nice.

It took about 17 mins to get my latte… at an airport that’s is a lot of time. Many people had to leave and didn’t get their drinks because it took so long. Zero sense of urgency from the staff, most were just walking to the back and talking.

This place gave my whole family breakfast but missed mine and now I am left hungry without food on my plane stupid place don't come here

Arguably the worst coffee I’ve ever had and I’m not picky. Ordered a large americano, and was excited because I was asked at the register if I was fine with 4 shots. Absolutely! What did I get? The worst single shot of espresso I’ve ever had poured over ice, topped off with as much water as would fit in the cup. Normally I’d say, “Go to the actual coffee shop and avoid Starbucks.” Nope! Just go to Starbucks. Please. Wait in the 30 minute line. Heck, I’d encourage you go to the new Costa Coffee robot things…

This was truly that terrible. Seriously.
