Lucky find for us on our way out of busy Fort Worth. Small diner, but nice sized menu, would equate to an IHOP. Kids had French toast and pancakes for lunch, they loved it, we also had a burger and the chicken sandwich. Love the staff and the customers were very nice too. Wish we would have grabbed some pie for the road. Sorry the pictures were already nibbled on!

Got a Chicken Salad to go and for a dinner salad it was the size of a small side salad. I even asked for extra tomatoes and barely got any. Not worth the price I paid. Very disappointed. Got a better one last night from DQ.

My family and I stopped here on our way to San Antonio for breakfast. I want to start off by saying the waitress was kind, sweet, and attentive; As for our food, it came out quickly and far exceeded our expectations!

We happened upon this place by accident during a trip north. We had chicken fried steak, liver and onions, pot roast and hamburger steak. All were cooked to perfection and any special requests we had were not a problem. All were excellent! The sides were wonderful also. This will be a place we return to on more of our trips back and forth now! Definitely recommend this diner!

We went in about 45 minutes before closing, halfway expecting it to not be as good. We were VERY wrong. The food was incredible. Chicken fried steak was the best I’ve ever had. Sides were delicious, sweet tea was perfect, waitress was cool and helpful, atmosphere was very homey and relaxed. My dad, who hates cheese, devoured the mac and cheese lol.

It was its name, a cafe. The food and service were ok. They needed more help. The only issue we had was we were told their chicken fried steak was a popular item and don’t think it should be. It looked giant when it came to the table but about 1.5 inches around the steak was all batter and the steak was chewy and hard to cut. Not our idea of what a CFS should be but if you like that you will like theirs.

Love this place. The food is delicious and our waitress was super friendly and she met our needs very well. It could be a little cleaner, but it is getting older. Needs a Good scrubbing.

Food was fine, but if you try to add a side order after the main order be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for the side to finally arrive.

They also do not honor menu prices, and when corrected on the check, they still charge your credit card for the incorrect/higher amount. This is unethical and unacceptable, and I am disputing with my credit card company.

Bad eggs!! I ordered an omlette and my husband ordered fried eggs with hashbrowns. Right off the bat the eggs had a funny smell, 1 bite later eggs had a funny taste. Looked at my husband and didn't say a word and he was putting his fork down after one bite and said the eggs are bad! We told the waitress and she went to the kitchen and my husband heard the owner say "they don't stink, there's nothing wrong with the eggs"! They didn't charge my husband for his but even though NONE of my omlette was eaten, I was charged full price! Last time eating there EVER!
The waitress was super nice, no complaints there. Overall very bad experience.

Everything is delicious. Fresh coffee was good. Bacon was thick cut and crispy. Hash browns were crispy. Nothing was greasy. Service was fast. Food came out quickly.
