Coffee Time (CT83)

Love the customer service. The staff is always friendly and nice. The coffee is real good, and always perfect to drink. It is never too hot or too cold, just perfect. I wish the hours of operation were different though. Please open earlier.

I’ve been a times, their bubble tea is not even tea nor are the bubbles good, they’re cold and hard. They’re always empty and business seems slow, I see why. And their upstairs structure isn’t sturdy and when I sat up there to do some work, I felt as if I was going to just fall through the floor. Someone needs to call the fire department on that, I think it’s a safety hazard. Staff is nice though, that’s about it. At least one of the girls is, she’s the one with light brown hair and glasses, cute and sweet service.

Ok, not great my classic caramel frozen coffee didn't taste like caramel. The place was nice, pretty decor. Next time I will skip the coffee and try the boba teas instead.

Outstanding terrible service and product.

No greeting
Caviler attitude
No apology for making my drink incorrectly
No attempt to re-make the drink
And finally when I called to get the managers and the owner's name the same girl that made the drink hung up on me.

I expect this type of behavior and attitude from a chain which is why I typically don't go to chain coffee shops. I like to spend my money with locally owned businesses and I like to contribute to the local economy.

Outstanding service here! Always greeted with a smile. I can always make my coffee at home but coffee time gives it that extra umph to start my day.. whether it's a black eye or green eye kinda day!

Love this place, I have been coming here since it first opened. Sorry to say it is better then other coffee shops and I been to many different city's and states. Best place to do college or business work. It is nice and quite with great drinks or food. Fast Wi-Fi

I hadn't been to Coffee Time in a few months. The young man at the drive thru wasn't courteous AT ALL. He didn't say hello, just opened the window and looked at me, like "what do you want". Wow...I was about to buy $15 of coffee. He needs some training on how to treat customers. The girl who gave me the coffee at the second window was super nice. Not the kid in glasses! I may not go back!
