Coffee Time (CT83)

The caramel boba I ordered did not taste like caramel at all and when brought to their attention and asked for another shot of caramel they objected but finally gave us a small container with a yellow liquid substance that to be honest looked like spit in a container and didn't smell like caramel at all and they even charged extra for their mistake. I just threw it away since I wasn't sure what it was. I visited from Houston and I don't recommend this place at all. Aside from the two employees that were working at the time were so rude and unprofessional.

Came in and purchased a drip coffee and a mocha. The quality of such products were surprisingly poor. I don't recommend this place if you're a true coffee enthusiast, especially if you don't disguise the taste of coffee with sweetners.

Great teas and lots of options from protein shakes to cheesecake. Not a coffee person, but good deals on everything they sell. Cool, cozy atmosphere.

The employees need better attitudes and a course in customer service. The girl kept rolling her eyes and making faces.

This place is at least five years old, and it's a gem in the tiny town of Alamo, Tx. The atmosphere is chill and pleasant, and the customer service is above decent. They are friendly and helpful. It's the perfect place to socialize, study or do some work without having to put some time into making a snack or drink for yourself or friends.

I'm sure they have good coffee, unfortunately I'll never find out as they require masks to be inside. Sure, there's the drive thru, but I wanted to sit and enjoy a drink. I don't patronize businesses that make me wear a mask and neither should anyone else.

Rude employees! Please advise your staff to be more professional and polite.

The reason I’m giving coffee time three stars is because I had such an awful experience today. Usually every time I go I usually have a good experience but day I went through the drive-through and while I was ordering my usual order a white Irish and breakfast croissant but they weren’t serving breakfast and because I am visually impaired I asked the barista if she could please tell me what they had for lunch and her response was everything is on the menu and proceeded to give me attitude. I usually don’t get offended or expect for people to know that I am blind but a better response could’ve been given.

Great Bubba tea 👍 Love the area aswell, cleaned and organized. The girl with the purple hair, I love how she attended the customers. Her recommendations were on point. That chocolate muffin tho. I'll be back soon.

This place is so nice the boba and coffee is amazing. Never have i ever had a bad experience there and I go almost every week. Great place omg. This place is always slaying 😍
