Waverly Cafe

This place is lovely, but I really wish they would were open on Saturdays, at least in the morning for a couple hours. I work during the week and can’t make it in often, but I would definitely stop in every Saturday to grab a cinnamon roll latte if they were open!

Even though their governor told them to be safe during Covid, they offered carry out. The waitress was so sweet, she accommodated us well with communication with us who are lip readers and we ordered in person outdoors.

Thankfully we found a perfect spot for our lunch just right across the street.

Stopped in for lunch. Was a very cute place. Good service and good. Books! Coffees too. Highly recommend.

Very nice atmosphere here at this little cafe. We really enjoyed the walk around the square. We will be back!

2 times in one wk I had to stand & wait for a Batista, when I was the only customer in the building. Not customer service skills.

I just had to stop into Waverly Cafe. I love the small town diner feel when you walk in! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I had the Cafe Club and a Peach Smoothie. They were both fantastic! I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area! You won't regret it!

The food and coffee is excellent!

And I'm so proud of them for enforcing mask wearing. If you choose to the ignore the sign on the door saying that masks are required, they will either tell you to go get one or give you a packaged one at the counter before ordering.

We're still in the middle of the pandemic, so you should always have your mask on around others anyway! Unfortunately, most places around here don't enforce it and the staff at those places will not wear masks, so this is a haven for reasonable people looking for a safe bite to eat or coffee to sip.

Cute little place in the heart of Waverly, TN. Great coffee and good food. Very relaxing spot to sit and read a book, work a bit, or spend time with the family. Staff are extremely nice and the decor is beautiful. Place is always clean. They do have weird hours, so check and make sure they're open before visiting. I frequent this place from time to time. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't yet.

Good food, made to order. Soup and sandwich is a perfect lunch portion. Fail specials leave you with plenty of choices. I'm not much of a dessert person but the ones in the display case look yummy!
