Great food. Went with a friend. Got there a little before 5:30, restaurant was full. Waited about 20 minutes for a table. The only problem we had was when we got ready to check out the line was long and slow because the take out orders were standing there talking. It was hard to tell who was in line or what. There needs to be 2 lines cash register shouldn't be right at the door for takeout.

Great catfish! If you love catfish you must try it. Be aware, it's only served on Fri, Sat and Mon. But, there's lots of other great dishes too. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

I have been here twice and ordered fried catfish both times. I had a baked potato the first time & fries the second time. I also got slaw. It comes with hushpuppies and tarter sauce. You can have a green tomato pickled side which is delicious. Their tea comes in a glass quart jar & even the unsweetened is good. I had decaffeinated coffee the last time & it was an excellent cup of hot fresh coffee! They also have wonderful deserts. I had different waitresses both times and both were great! I really enjoy this place. It is laid back & casual. I highly recommend it!

Our experience eating tonight is like it always has been. The catfish was awesome as well.as the onion rings. I love their new look inside but with the SAME SWEET SOUTHERN FRIENDLINESS AS ALWAYS. I told my husband just tonight " you have to smile when you hear SOUTHERNERS Talk--- so proud to have been born in the South.

I NEVER give 5 stars, but they deserve it. Awesome fish & fixins and fried mushrooms. The only problem I have is probably not a problem to management. They are always covered up. I've never even been inside. We always call in our order and bring it home. Maybe adding on or building a new place would be a good idea.

My go to place for southern fried catfish. It is a place where they call you sugar, darling, and sweetheart. Local owned and local loved. Make sure to try the homemade desserts.

The best attribute about this joint is the staff is friendly and welcomes you each visit and they will go out of their way to provide you with a comfortable dinning experience. The food is good old comfort food just hard to get back to work after lunch. Not a fancy place you will get a plentiful serving however in my opinion its a little pricey.

This cafe is a small cafe with Big Flavor! Daily Specials with Fabulous desserts. At lunch you may have to wait on a table, and you can't sit at a dirty table 😁 to hold your spot! Fried chicken and catfish are great & the BlackBerry Cobbler is the best I've ever had!!!!
