Take Me Back Cafe

First experience was good food but they gave us wrong ticket.. then couldn't find ours so rekeyed it manually. Server and cashier was super sweet.. went back 1-2days later and ordered Brisket.. it was HORRIBLE. I am from TX so I know all about beef brisket.. when I complained the Mgr came over and said "you know I'm the smoke master right?". No, I didn't nor does it matter.. Just wow.. he admitted they reheat the brisket, said you have to, it's a complicated meat.. (which is false) anyway, they did remove the meal charge from our ticket but we won't be going back.

Found this wonderful diner while staying in Paris. Waitress was so pleasant. Never heard any employees grumbling. Everyone's breakfast was cooked perfect. Very busy place, so have some patience. I have the chocolate gravy and biscuits 😋 Restaurant was clean, not loud and everyone was exceptionally friendly! Would highly recommend!

BBQ, catfish and breakfast buffet pleased the whole family! Chocolate gravy was an experience to be had. Check them out for a causal meal

My sister and I started our day here and finished our day shopping in the square with Jack's Urban Coffee. Fun day

Very disappointed in the breakfast my husband and I were served this morning. We had not been in several months but the last time we were there the food was great. This morning not great. When I ordered toast it was untoasted bread with a slab of grease in middle of bread. Over easy eggs were barely cooked. I hope the cook was having a bad morning but this was just bad. My husband ordered an omlet as he has in the past and the size was so small nothing like before. It will be a long time before we go back. The waitresses were absoultely great!

Clearly they are doing something different, but better. The food was delicious.

Restroom and restaurant was clean. Ordered brisket which was tough and dry.

It wasn't the best at all. They promised my niece and nephew coloring pages to start with and never brung them. Then they never refilled any of the drinks except for my coffee so the rest of my group went without drinks for the majority of the meal. The pancakes were awful. I asked for chocolate chip pancakes and it literally fell apart and was cold. I can tell they just slapped chocolate chips on the pancake after it was in the pan. My nieces and nephews pancakes and waffles were both cold and didn't look appetizing at all. My husband's tenderloin wasn't seasoned and his eggs were cold. Overall the experience wasn't great at all.

THIS PLACE RIGHT HERE IS A HIDDEN GEM FROM THE TIME WE GOT IN WE WE'RE GREETED WITH SUCH GRACE BY JESSICA SHE DEFINITELY WORKED THE ATMOSPHERE HER PERSONALITY ♥️ I LOVED YOU CAN TELL SHE LOVES WHAT SHE DOES FIRST TIME ME AND MY HUSBAND CAME WILL BE BACK TONIGHT THE FOOD IS OFF THE CHAIN
