Mimi's Ice Cream & Coffee Shoppe

Ice cream is not homemade-it’s mayfield brand. Ordered a strawberry banana milkshake and it was more like strawberry milk with cut up pieces of banana in it. Honestly a disappointment:/ was excited for a home made ice cream place but this is definitely not it :/ (the workers were nice though!)

What a great place to get some ice cream or a coffee! Loved the variety of flavors available. You can get your ice cream in a cup, cones, as a shake or with toppings.
A variety of coffee are also offered.
The girls working were so friendly and personable... thank you for the great service!

Our kids got the peach and birthday cake cones on a visit Nashville. They loved the flavors of the ice cream, and the customer service was fantastic! Fun little stop to perk up the children!

My family and I visited this place due to the good reviews but be warned this company advertises free ice cream when you show them you've posted a good review on line!!! My wife ordered a milkshake and they put so much milk in it that you couldn't even taste the flavor of ice cream. They didn't even offer to refund our money when she gave it back to them. I won't go there again!

Had to stop in here as I just became a Mimi (grandma) to my first grand baby. I recommend them to get some merch as it would be cool to have gotten a t-shirt or ball cap. I tried the sea salt ice cream, it was good but a little too much Carmel imo. The two young ladies were very delightful which always is nice to have excellent customer service!

The Nutty Professor flavor is wonderful. Creamy coconut-y with nuts. Yum! Real ingredients 👍

We came to Mimi’s at 8:30 PM on a Sunday and they were closed despite their hours being until 9:00 PM. No sign posted or anything. We knocked on the door and someone answered who was very rude to my family. All the other reviews are great, but if they’re not open when they say they are; well, it’s 1 star for incorrect hours/no sign and rude employee experience.

My boyfriend and I came from out of state to celebrate the new year, and we could not have been more pleased with Mimi’s! Right across from our hotel (and from the beautiful Opryland Resort), we actually went two nights in a row to have a tasty treat. They have delicious homemade flavors and definitely give you your money’s worth! We tried a few different kinds on our excursions as both scoops and as shakes, and all varieties were amazing! Mimi’s is a great way to end your evening and we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in TN!

Looked so good but had two 15 year old boys running it. I got the smores latte and a cookies and cream cone and my friend got the mocha latte. The icecream was good. The coffees were horrible they poured hot milk on my iced coffee melting all the ice watering it down and gave me a cinnamon one instead thank God I'm not allergic because that could be bad if someone was and they made that mistake. We ended up just throwing the coffees away and left.
