Mimi's Ice Cream & Coffee Shoppe

It's hard to mess up Icecream so there's nothing bad to say about the Icecream. There were toppings that can be added but It's an extra charge. The Icecream brand used was labeled Mayfield. If Dairy Free or Lactose Free was available there were no signs stating this so this isn't a place for you if those options are needed. Always call to double check because those options may be added later. There's a few tables available inside as well as outside. The younger servers were friendly and helpful. The only negative was the lady at the cash register who insisted that the young server "stop giving too much Icecream" to me and my family. First, this matter should have been addressed away from the customers. Second, while I don't work there I have served Icecream to others, and it is customary to lightly press the Icecream down so it doesn't fall. The young lady was doing that and not pressing it down a lot. Third, the Icecream wasn't exactly cheap so as a customer we do want our money worth. Lastly, I certainly hope it was not due to the color of our skin that the cashier was so adamant about not giving out too much Icecream. Other than that incident we had a good experience.

Super great staff along with the ice cream and choices. The ice cream had a long of choices with a great menu to chose from and to customize how you want to eat your ice cream. The staff is what makes the experience, served ice cream with a smile and how can you not love smiles with your desert. Would eat here again

I really enjoyed the butter pecan in a waffle cone. The serving was large for one scoop and the young lady was polite and helpful. I will stop in again next time I'm in the area.

Awesome atmosphere and ice cream choices. So glad I found this shop just down from our hotel. Great end to a great day.

I was in town staying next door for 5 days and I went to this place 3 times while I was there. The ice cream was awesome and the staff they hire are the best. I was always greeted with a smile and that makes a world of difference. I’ll be back in town in a couple weeks with some friends and we’ll be sure to stop in at least once.

This place is awesome. The staff are so friendly, and the home made ice cream is awesome. Don't be afraid of the blue superman- its not just for kids. If you like cheesecake ice cream at all- the Philly strawberry cheesecake is awesome. And German chocolate is an excellent chocolate option. We got all 3 as a banana split. And now we are in a carb coma. This will be a regular date spot for sure:)

The employee’s here are so nice!! Excellent service and wonderful ice cream. Lily was so helpful and kind! There are so many topping choices here it’s incredible! :)

The vanilla shake was delicious. The ice cream is for my children tomorrow but I'm sure they will love it. I got birthday cake ice cream with m&m's and cookie dough ice cream with peanut butter cups.They have many flavors and toppings to choose from.The staff was very friendly and gave me a couple stickers and a pin for my girls. I'm sure that I will be back before my trip ends. Enjoy!!

Want sugar? This is a cute shop to come get a scoop of ice cream. Once you walk in, the sweet sense of delicious hits you. The service was great. The qorker greeted us and she was prompt and helpful.
