Grams Coffee and Tea

Their coffee is pretty good and that in itself says a lot. I enjoyed their apple scone, but it wasn't really a scone. It was more like a muffin in the shape of a scone. Soft and light, instead of slightly hard and dense. But good none the less. Only reason I didn't give 4 stars is they didn't have real half and half out. Those single serving moo packages belong in fast food restaurants and not in a coffee shop.

Visiting while on vacation due to 4.9 rating and Wow! Smoothest Frappe I’ve ever had!! I asked for several “adjustments” aka high maintenance 😋and barista was outstanding and accommodating. Yummmmy. Highly highly recommended. 💙

Don't be put off by the outside appearance. The inside is everything you could want from a coffee/tea shop. The Steph are happy to educate between the differences of beverages. Bathrooms are clean and tidy. Decor is basic, atmosphere is calm and quiet. Service is exceptional. Phenomenal alternative to some of the busy chains.

first, this place is so cute and homey! i ordered a quesadilla and iced chai, both were absolutely delicious. the barista was very polite and got my order out pronto. highly recommend!

Brought the family for lunch. Kids got a cheese quesadilla and my wife and I had the ciabatta sandwiches with a matcha latte (oat milk) and americano. Great food and drinks. Best matcha tea latte I’ve had in a long long time. Would go back if we lived in the area! Fantastic service!

Coffee is so good! Also have a large selection of tea to chose from. Clean store and super friendly staff. Breakfast sandwich was awesome too!

Grams quickly became one of my favorite local spots. Their food is delicious, their coffee is very good and the general atmosphere is so inviting. Go ahead and skip your Starbucks in favor of Grams. You won’t regret it.

Beautiful, spacious coffee and tea shop. SUPER friendly staff. Looking forward to coming back. It's the kind of local place where you want to become a regular. Looked like extra parking in the back. So convenient to anyone in Madison/Old Hickory/Hermitage area to stop in on the way to I65 in the morning.

Their salted caramel chai latte is unique and refreshing. Love all the dietary options. The atmosphere is one of my favorites. Basically, I'm extremely grateful and excited to have such a cute Cafe near my house!

I found this place for the first time today. Wow! I ordered a pumpkin spice/vanilla latte and a vegan quesadilla. I accidentally spilled a small amount of my latte on the bag. It was so good that I had to lick the bag! The quesadilla was excellent as well. They have a large selection of teas too that I want to go back and try. Beautiful place; wonderful people; great service; and perfect coffee.
