This place is called District Coffee, the name kinda threw me off at first because it sounds a little regimental, but I came because the ratings were 4.8. The food is super good and a good vibe.

Try the tumeric latte!
Drink quality for price: great!
Atmosphere: clean, open, airy, friendly
Noise level: fine on Saturday afternoon. Only 6 others working and constant stream of to go orders.
Lighting: natural light overwhelms tiny LEDs.
Staff: no complaints
Cleanliness: yes!
Seating: 18ish metal stools (I never use those longer than 15 min... 5 tables with metal chair and wooden bench (comfy!), 2 sofa chairs, 1 sofa.
Outlets: Plenty, at every seat!
WiFi: great
Car parking: parking lot
Bike parking: none, use metal pile across street I guess

Great drip light roast, and the savory pie was excellent. Atmosphere is not the most comfortable, I felt like I was at work or in a Library. Some light music did greatly improve the vibe before I left which created some conversation.

Seasonal Special Latte was really good Smoky Beary Mocha. The Breakfast Pie was also amazing.

District Coffee is absolutely incredible. Great coffee and always a wonderful experience. They serve all the favorites and have a selection of both local and Californian roasters (Verve Coffee). Definitely make it a point to visit and enjoy an amazing cup of coffee!

Industrial style area, good coffee, didn’t love the vibe inside kind of cold. But if you’re looking to just get a coffee not bad.

Extremely disappointed. 0/5 Stars. Gave this place one last try again after two terrible experiences. My london fog drink was extremely watered down, even after I requested light ice at the register and once again when I saw them pour ice to the literal brim of the cup. They refused to take the ice out, said it would all melt from the hot tea. Yeah obviously it melts, that's why I asked for less. Ended up with 3/4 of the cup still filled with ice and watered down to the point of tasting like dirt because they steeped the tea for MAYBE 2 minutes. So this makes it 3/3 god-awful drinks and terrible experiences for me.
My advice: don't waste your money and go elsewhere.

5 stars!! Delicious coffee, very smooth. Awesome baristas! This day, maybe always, was an all male staff and they made the place feel very inviting & warm. Good quick convo, easy to talk to. I had a brief visit, but all around great. Not one of those pretentious coffee shops. I'll be back very soon.

Had the drip coffee, Ethiopian light roast, and it was perfect. Great tasting notes, very enjoyable and well priced. I didn't get a chance to try any of the other coffees but they looked like they did a good job. Baked goods were tempting but I need to watch my sugar intake. Place is clean and cozy. Will be back next time I'm in Nashville!

Was in town for an appointment and wanted to grab some lunch and a mocha on the way home without a long wait or a hassle to park. This place checked the boxes so stopped by. Folks were friendly, the mocha was perfect, the Beef and Cheese Pie was delicious as was the chocolate croissant and service was quick. I can now say I have had Vegemite! I would definitely stop by again and recommend you do as well. Had some great places to sit and work or visit with friends.
