We love to support this place- we even went twice in one day today to two different locations. Food was wonderful, coffee is amazing, the only thing that bothered us was the customer service at this location. Maybe it’s too much to ask, but the employees had plenty of time to ask how everything was and never did. We even walked by them and a manager and no one said a word. Also, a simple thing but I feel something should be said as you leave (If the employees aren’t busy), like “thank you. Come again” something, anything to make you feel they cared you were there. That didn’t happen. We love it, we’ll be back, we would just love for more of a personal touch.

Each time I visit it takes longer than the time before to get my meal. Today It took over 1/2 an hour before I got my meal and when I finally got it it was cold. I do not recommend dining in at this restaurant unless you plan to sit for more than 2 hours to eat.

Jackson was wonderful!! Best customer service we’ve had at any Just Love, and we’ve been several times to each location. The coffee and food were excellent too! We’ll be back!

45 min wait, for mothers day breakfast. Only two orders ahead. $14 for a tiny dollop of nasty powdered eggs. Rude server too. The manager was fine, and refunded the meal. Left hungry. Waste of time. Do not recommend.

My husband and I ate here yesterday for the first time for breakfast and it was amazing. The coffee was delicious and so was the food. You get get a lot of food for a great price. I had the flying pig and it was amazing the waffle was perfect crunchy outside and soft inside. The customer service was perfect. Friendly staff very welcoming and very helpful. The inside is so cool, there are places to lounge while you have coffee. They have wifi and places to plug in devices. Such a neat place to go. They definitely have new lifelong customers from us.

This is a cafe. I don’t need exceptional out of the roof customer service, because I understand busy days. The employees are nice. The cold brew is epic and the menu isn’t small, it definitely has more variety than Starbucks! Love the atmosphere

Very cute coffee shop! It has a warm environment, great selection of food and drinks, and the staff seemed to get along well with each other. My friends and I stayed here for about 2 hours, and we just enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. One of my friends had a nutella waffle and the other a hot chocolate, and they said they enjoyed it! Will return again!
