It is a little on the expensive side, but good quality coffee and great customer service. Edit: I changed my rating due to the fact the store hours fluctuate drastically. I cant keep up when they are actually open. How can you get coffee from this place if they are never open. Severely disappointed, and I am concerned the longevity of this shop will have in the area.

First time in Livingston and we stopped in for some coffee. Great coffee and great service. Met the owner and she was very sweet. There are a lot of flavors to chose from!

Neat place. Amazingly slow, so don't head there if your in a hurry. But great coffe and bites to eat. Neat atmosphere! I was just driving through on my way back to Florida so it was a few blocks put of the way, but well worth it!

Excellent coffee! Quite a variety,a decent prices. I got a danish, and a large coffee with a shot of expresso and two flavor shots for 6 bucks. I'll stop every time i go through Livingston..

It's good coffee. A little pricey and they don't have heavy cream for coffee. I would go again. Staff are friendly and nice atmosphere.

Drove from Albany, KY this morning (9/13/19) just to stop at Wired Coffee for coffee and a roll. My wife and I both ordered decaf; we also had to settle for a cold muffin. No one told us that decaf was not available, that it had to be specially brewed. After three requests for our decaf and a 10 minute wait, we were told by one of the baristas that it was still brewing. Several customers who were behind us were served specialty coffees while we waited for our decaf. We promptly left, uneaten muffins on the table, no coffee, and a wasted tip for the barista. What a disappointment! What should've happened? The muffins should've been warmed before serving (microwave?) and we should've been told up front that there would be a long wait for the decaf. 'We shall NOT return.'

Love the Frozen Hot Chocolate never been there before. Went in looking like a hot mess and they didnt judge never blinked an eye. Great customer service and the drink was AMAZING!!!! Will definitely be going back!

Best coffee ever! I love that they have a drive thru and kid friendly options too. It's a gorgeous place with a nice relaxing quiet environment to read, study ect.

Normally I would give them a 5 Star however today the way the owner handled the situation was wrong!! If an employee messes up the order and doesn’t make your coffee right then good customer service is to remake it properly. However, when I spoke with the owner Rebecca Key, she said to fix the order I would have to be charged again for new ones. This is the whole story: My 19yr old daughter went through the drive thru at Wired, ordered 3 Frappes (mocha, tux w/ extra shot, & 1/2vanilla 1/2 carmel) the mocha and the tux came out the window as iced, my daughter explained they were to be frozen and the young lady at the window said they no longer make those drinks frozen (however Saturday we got them frozen). So my daughter insisted that we have gotten them frozen the other day and still was told they didn’t do it any longer. So my daughter brings the drinks home and tells me the situation, I call and speak with the owner who apologizes for her employees misunderstanding of the different types of drinks, so I processed to ask if we could bring them back to be fixed and was told that I would have to pay for new ones. That they would not be able to fix their mistakes without charging me for it.!! So not only was I stuck with a coffe that didn’t taste as good but would have had to pay double just for them to get it right. Truly disappointed in the way things were handled so please beware if they mess up your coffee your stuck with unwanted coffee unless you pay double. Will be contacting the BBB also!
