I usually like Pat's Cafe, because I think that they have resonable prices and usually friendly service;however after my experience today, I can see how some restaurants that you really like have off days. Not only was my family's order brought to use wrong twice! But whenever they brought my mom the wrong to go order, she opened it and then sat it beside her on the table. When they realized they had given it to the wrong person, they came back to the table and got it. BUT sold it to its original customer. If you work at a food service place and you give an order to a customer... please don't take it back and sell it. Though my mom didn't touch it or do anything to it.. they did not know that. Ew. Plus, I'm still waiting on my Baked Potato that has been in the microwave for multiple minutes. Maybe next time I come here they will be having a better day. March 17th 2017 5:09pm.
