Super cute place with lots of natural light! A great place to be super productive or to shop around for some fun plants. Big fan.

Delicious beans, unusual flavors in their housemade syrups. The baristas are friendly and make the lattes just the way you ask.

Jack's also has some local handmade gifts, a good plant selection, and a little bookstore in back.

I went to jack’s for the first time yesterday and loved it! The ambiance was great, the plants were beautiful, and the latte was smooth. I also did a little gift shopping at jack’s and I can’t wait to send a couple of pins and stickers to my friend from home. I would have only liked to have more seating options, but when a place is as good as this one, it can’t help but to be a little busy. (:

This is a really cute place with a fun atmosphere. The plants, hand-crafted earrings, local prints and cards, are all lovely. The baristas have all been cheerful and helpful. I appreciate the various rooms, with the book room being my favorite. My only complaint is the prices are a bit high for the quality. I enjoyed the “cozy toast” (one pice of bread, almond butter, sliced banana, nuts, and drizzled honey), but the bread is the cheap store bought variety for the $7 price tag. If it was a thick, homemade bread, maybe… or two pieces with the current bread, but as is, too much. I really hope the owners read this and up the quality. They have done a lot of things right. The other issue is parking. The parking lot is pretty small and tricky to maneuver in and out of when it’s full. Again, delightful coffee shop, just needs a few tweaks to be 5 star quality.

Very nice staff and wonderful atmosphere. I liked the interior design, comfortable chairs and separate space for reading. They have a variety of gift items available but high prices (outrageously high prices for the plants). We ordered an iced mocha latte, a cardamon hot latte , plain bagel with cream cheese and a blueberry muffin(with tip $18). Nothing special about these items.
The hot latte was warm with nice presentation of the traditional heart design. There coffee does have a bitterness to it (strong for me). The iced latte served unceremoniously in a clear plastic cup was ok. The bagel was basic not toasted. The blueberry muffin was loaded with blueberries but appeared undercooked as the top was flat and gooey. I asked for it to be heated ....but that was a bad idea. There were a few warm spots but most of it was refrigerator cold. So...
There are a number of other offerings that included sandwiches that seemed interesting though.
So this is an ok place but I probably would not go out of my way to return to. I liked the atmosphere best.

This is my favorite coffee shop. With all the plants it makes it a relaxing environment to sip a cup of coffee while reading a good book.

You can feel the positive energy the minute you step foot into Jack’s. The place is full of good vibes from the beautiful mural on the wall and the lovely assortment of plants to the delicious coffee and yummy sandwiches. Whether you’re there to read a good book or catch up on your emails while sipping on a Rose Latte, Jack’s 2.0 is definitely the go to coffee spot in Knoxville! The staff is the friendliest and the coffee is amazing! I highly recommend

This vibe was everything for our morning road trip. The food, coffee and plants are awesome!

Hands down the best latte and mocha we've ever had. We stopped here on a roadtrip that passed us through Knoxville and stopped here just to get some coffee for the road, and boy was that a surprise. It's not often you find a place that will measure out your coffee and make your mocha with as much care as a cocktail. 11/10; sad I live too far away to enjoy this place regularly!

We went to Jack's for the first time the other day, it was amazing! We got a black tea with honey and espresso cream soda. The shopping was fun, bath products, candles, a whole baby section, jewelry, cute decor, and happy little plants. The book section and baby section were a surprise towards the back, and we LOVED it. My son loved it as well, they had chalk and bubbles for the patio and he got to go through a whole mini jungle of plants (:
