By far Worst experience in a coffee shop I have ever had. First we waited 20 mins before we even got our drinks and there was only one person in front of us. Second off the barista was obviously new and had no clue what was supposed to be in each drink my coffee tasted like straight syrup, I watched her go look at the book that tells what’s supposed to be in each drink at least four times just to make one drink. when she gave me the coffee she said “hopefully it taste ok.” Not a very good way to run a business and I had also ordered a sausage egg and cheese waffle sandwich which took 30 mins to be made haha I guess you can see why it took 30 mins to be made in my pictures. Had a Belgian waffle that was made with spoiled milk. 1 bite was enough to give me food poison. That had to far past any servable date and smell. Absolutely disgusting and unbelievable a cafe serves something that rancid! Never will be back or recommend. *** nice excuse from the owner. Looks at my reviews they are honest. This place sucks and made me sick. The girls knew the batter was expired. Glad I do not live in Kingsport with these low competition shops.

Refreshing change from big-box corporate coffee chain stores. Centrally located in Kingsport’s downtown. Great atmosphere and good selection of drinks. Tasty menu if you’re hungry too.

We waited 20 mins for two simple and underwhelming drinks, i felt the spare time warranted a review. Every time we come here there’s a massive wait and baristas seem distracted. Prices are fine, quality is okay, but don’t come here if you have places to be.

Good vibe, and great staff. I asked for a Greek frappe, and the barista took the time to ask me about it, and make it for me. He said he loved trying new things, and you could tell he enjoyed his job. Great place to make connections and have a friendly conversation while sipping on a delicious drink.
