Deliciously fresh coffee and their crepes are to die for! We got the strawberries and cream one and we’re planning for the Nutella one next time 😍 Very cozy and chill café feel. Nice music, spacious, comfy and unique chairs. Staff were extremely sweet, helpful and informative. We just found a new favorite spot ❤️🙌

My experience was absolutely amazing, the food was delicious. I order a Panini BLT, was exceptionally delicious, with a side that you can choose between soup or salad. I chose beef soup with potato and celery, which was really good. The service was on point, very friendly staff. The place atmosphere is great, contemporary/ vintage. Looks clean and has free wi-fi which makes it very convenient. The place is very accessible, has drive thru, wheelchair friendly. They speak English/ Spanish. Highly recommended.

The vibe is something here. Super chill environment and the food is amazing. The pupusas here are to die for. Where can you get that at a coffee shop? Employees here are phenomenal. Thank you for the wonderful experience. My new favorite coffee spot.

Absolutely love it here, I have become a regular and my order normally consists of a mocha and their strawberry and cream crepes. So far I have brought almost all of my friends and. I would also highly recommend their paninis and my mom’s favorite at the moment is the veggie crepe.

I recently visited Cafetos Coffee Shop based on the reviews I had read, but my experience was far from what I expected. From start to finish, the discrepancy between the positive reviews and my actual visit was like day and night.

First and foremost, I ordered an Americano, hoping for a well-crafted, expertly brewed cup of coffee. However, to my disbelief, the lady behind the counter poured me a cup of coffee from a pot with a Folgers container next to it. Is this really how Americanos are made here? It was a significant letdown.

To make matters worse, the place was cluttered with pre-made packaging everywhere. While I understand that not every establishment makes everything from scratch, it's disheartening to see these pre-packaged items so prominently displayed. It felt like they didn't even make an effort to hide it.

The final blow came when they brought out a bagel for me—a pre-packaged bagel package that you typically find in the frozen or premade bakery section, akin to Arnold's brand. I was shocked by the lack of attention to detail and the absence of effort to offer a fresh, homemade alternative.

Throughout my visit, I couldn't help but notice boxes scattered around, giving the impression that this shop had just opened. A business needs to create a welcoming atmosphere and maintain cleanliness, and unfortunately, Cafetos Coffee Shop fell short in this regard.

While I must give credit where it's due—the decor was decent, and the ambiance wasn't bad—it's essential for a coffee shop to prioritize the quality of its beverages. I firmly believe that Cafetos Coffee Shop should invest in skilled baristas who can make exceptional coffee.

Furthermore, as a local-based business, it would benefit them to source their coffee locally, distinguishing themselves from regular chain coffee shops.

In its current state, Cafetos Coffee Shop falls short of its potential. I recommend they take the next six months to make significant improvements in their coffee-making skills, invest in locally sourced beans, and address the overall lack of attention to detail. Only then will they have a chance at becoming the coffee shop gem that JC/Tri Cities area is lucky to have.
